چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ناآرامی های پاییز 1401 با طراحی پیچیده و گسترده که ماهیتی براندازانه داشت و با هدایتِ عوامل خارج از کشور صورت گرفت، با عنوان «جنگ ترکیبی» نام گذاری شد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، واکاوی ابعاد ناآرامی های 1401 از منظر جنگ ترکیبی بود، زیرا شناخت مؤلفه ها و ابعاد این جنگ ترکیبی منجر به برنامه ریزی و آمادگی برای رویارویی با این موضوع در آینده خواهد شد.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی؛ به لحاظ ماهیت، اکتشافی و از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بود. جامعه مشارکت کنندگان شامل خبرگان حوزه امنیّت اجتماعی و نیروهای مسلح (پلیس، سپاه و ستاد کل نیروهای مسلح) در تهران بود. نمونه به روش هدفمند انتخاب و در نفر هفدهم داده ها به اشباع نظری رسید. ابزار پژوهش شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود و تحلیل داده ها با روش تحلیل مضمونی انجام شد. اعتبارسنجی و اطمینان بخشی مصاحبه ها با ملاک گوبا و لینکلن تأیید شد.یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که ناآرامی های 1401 یک جنگ ترکیبی تمام عیار با طراحی پیچیده در قالب مضامین فراگیر در سه بُعدِ راهبردی، عملیاتی و تاکتیکی بود. در ذیل ابعاد سه گانه، 22 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 117 شاخص شناسایی شد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد، در ناآرامی های 1401 از همه ظرفیت های جنگ ترکیبی در سه سطح نرم، نیمه سخت و سخت استفاده شده بود. لازم است پلیس و مسئولین برنامه ریزی و آینده پژوهی را در دستور کار قرار دهند. اتفاقات آینده را پیش بینی کرده و نسبت به پیشگیری و مقابله اقدامات مناسبی را انجام دهند.Analyzing the dimention of unrest of 1401 from the perspective of Hybrid warfare
Background and purpose: The unrest of 1401 with a complex and widespread design, which, according to all experts, had a subversive nature and was directed from abroad, was called a hybrid war. Knowing the components and dimentions of this hybrid war will lead to planning and preparation to face this issue in the future. The purpose of the current research was to analyze the unrest of 1401 from the perspective of hybrid warfare.Method: The current research is practical in terms of its purpose; In terms of nature, it was exploratory and descriptive-analytical. The community of participants included experts in the field of social security, police and armed forces in Tehran. The sample number of 17 people reached theoretical saturation with a targeted method. The research tool included semi-structured interview and data analysis with thematic analysis method. The validity and reliability of the interviews were confirmed with Guba and Lincoln criteria.Findings: The findings of the research showed that the riots of 1401 were a full-scale Hybrid war with a complex design in the form of 3 overarching themes in 3 strategic, operational and tactical dimentions. Under the dimentions, 22 organizing themes and 117 indicators were identified.Conclusion: The results of the research findings show that in the unrest of 1401, all the capabilities of combined warfare were used in three levels: soft, semi-hard and hard. Although the scope of the unrest has subsided, it is still being implemented strongly in other dimensions. Dealing with this phenomenon requires a combined approach and the use of all the country's capacities.
