چکیده
گیلان سرزمین آب و خاک و درخت و انسان است.سرزمینی که اگر در درازنای تاریخ آن بکاویم جای پای حضور این عناصر را بی انقطاع در عرصه آن می بینیم.این بخش از کشور عزیزمان ایران به واسطه موقعیت خاص جغرافیایی خود دارای الگوی خاصی در شکل گیری جوامع انسانی بوده و از این حیث در میان استان های دیگر بدیلی ندارد. از این رو شاهدیم که الگو های توسعه پیشنهاد شده و نیز برنامه ریزی های صورت گرفته و اقدامات انجام پذیرفته در زمینه توسعه شهری در این استان آسیب های فراوانی بر پیکره اقتصادی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی گیلان وارد آورده است.این موضوع باعث گردید که در جستجوی علل عدم توفیق نسبی برنامه های توسعه شهری در گیلان به کنکاشی در تاریخ گیلان وسیر شکل گیری سکونتگاه های شهری و دریافت علل نبود شهرهای بزرگ در سرتاسر ناحیه گیلان از دیرباز تا سده گذشته بپردازیم. مقاله حاضر سعی دارد به مفهوم شهر و روستا و نیز عوامل دخیل در شکل گیری شهرها در گیلان بپردازد و با ارایه تصویری روشن از علل و موانع تولد و توسعه شهرها در گیلان از دیرباز تا کنون توجه صاحب نظران و برنامه ریزان را به تجدید نظر در ترسیم الگو های توسعه برای ناحیه گیلان دعوت نماید.An overview of the development of rural settlements in urban areas in Guilan and its role in the creation process
Guilan is land of water, soil, tree and man. Land which search in the length of history, we see the presence of this elements in the field. Part of our country, due to its geographical position has certain specific patterns in shaping human societies and has no peer between provinces. hence, we believe that the proposed development patterns and planning have adopted and measures taken in the field of urban development in this province, has arrived a lot of damage on corpus of economic,cultural and social of Guilan. This result lead to search causes of the relative lack of success in urban development and failure of the formation of places of residence,so we found causes of the lack of major ciries throughout the region of Guilan. This paper is trying to explain the con cept of urban and rural areas as well as factos shaping cities in gulan. So we provide clear picture of the causes of birth and development of cities in Guilan to attract experts and planners attention to reconsider the drawing templates for development of Guilan district .
