چکیده
تحولات جهان عرب بسان یک طوفان قدرتمند شرایط را در بسیاری از کشورهای عربی از جمله مصر دگرگون نمود تا جایی که کمتر محقق و تحلیل گری قادر به پیش بینی دقیق سیر این تحولات بود. در آغاز خیزش در مصر، کمتر تقسیم بندیی از معترضان صورت می گرفت اما با سقوط حکومت حسنی مبارک، گروه های مختلف در اندیشه به دست گرفتن قدرت افتادند. در این میان اخوان المسلمین که باسابقه ترین و سازمان یافته ترین گروه سیاسی-ایدئولوژیک این کشور بود توانست به سرعت بر اوضاع داخلی مسلط شود و با توجه به حمایت های مردمی قدرت را به دست گرفت. در حالیکه، بسیاری از آغاز دوران گذار به دموکراسی توسط اسلام گرایان میانه رو سخن می گفتند، تنها یک سال بعد اسلام گرایان نیز قربانی مطالبات مردمی و نارضایتی داخلی مردم مصر شدند. در این نوشتار به دلایل این ناکامی و تاثیر بازیگران داخلی، منطقه ای و فرامنطقه ای بر سقوط حکومت اخوان المسلمین پرداخته می شود. در واقع این مقاله و دستاوردهای آن می تواند در آیند مسیر راهی برای سایر احزاب و گروهای اسلام گرا در قدرت سیاسی باشد، تا در آینده با بلوغ فکری و الگوی سیاسی کامل تری بتوانند قدرت را به دست بگیرندEgypt's Muslim Brotherhood in power and political reasons for failure
