چکیده
جهانی شدن در نیمه دوم قرن بیستم به عنوان یک پدیده چند وجهی، تحولاتی شگرف را در عرصه نظام بین الملل رقم زد. اهم این تحولات برخاسته از تأثیر وجه اقتصادی جهانی شدن ( یعنی جهانی شدن اقتصاد) بر ترغیب هر چه بیشتر دولت ها جهت حضور گسترده تر در دسته بندی های منطقه ای با هدف افزایش مانور اقتصادی و همچنین تعریف هویت سیاسی – منطقه ای جدید بود. منطقه خاورمیانه از تأثیرات این پدیده مصون نماند و به شکلی متفاوت بر حسب موقعیت منطقه، هدف نیروهای خودسرجهانی شدن اقتصاد قرار گرفت. این روند تعاملات و همکاری های اقتصادی دولت ها در منطقه را در قالب سازمان ها و نهادهای بین المللی افزایش داد. در این میان، شورای همکاری خلیج فارس در زیر سیستم خلیج فارس، به عنوان یکی از بارزترین و در عین حال مدرترین پروژه همگرایی– منطقه گرایی مطرح می باشد. در این راستا، این مقاله با علم به اهمیت این موضوع در تلاش است با رویکردی تلفیقی در ابعاد مفهومی،نظری و روشی، ضمن بررسی تاثیر جهانی شدن اقتصاد بر همگرایی و منطقه گرایی اقتصادی در شورا ی همکاری خلیج فارس، امکان شکل گیری منطقه گرایی اقتصادی در این سازمان را مورد سنجش قرار دهد.یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که شورای همکاری خلیج فارس در بستر یک سامانه منطقه ای مهیا، به فرایند همگرایی سرعت بخشیده بطوری که امروزه نوع متفاوتی از منطقه گرایی اقتصادی در منطقه خاورمیانه را نشان می دهد که براین اساس می توان تصریح کرد امکان شکل گیری منطقه گرایی اقتصادی در شورای همکاری خلیج فارس با تردید روبه رو نیست.The Feasibility of the Formation of Economic Regionalism Resulted From Of Economic Globalization in the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council
