چکیده
در سال های اخیر جهان با سرعت گیج کننده ای در حال تحول است. روابط بین الملل نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نیست. برای درک درست این تحولات و تحلیل یا نقد آن ها ابتدا باید وضعیتِ اکنون روابط بین الملل را به خوبی شناخت. در سال های اخیر بحث پیرامون نظم جهانی لیبرال و آینده آن بسیار داغ است. در این راستا این پژوهش تمرکز بر «نظم جهانی لیبرال» دارد که بخش قابل توجهی از اکنونیت روابط بین الملل را شکل می دهد. با توجه به این بستر موضوعی، این پرسش مطرح می شود که نظم جهانی لیبرال در همین اکنونیتی که به سر می برد، چه ویژگی هایی دارد؟ این پرسش خود باعث ایجاد پرسش های بعدی می شود؛ سازوکارهای اِعمالِ قدرت نظم لیبرال در روابط بین الملل چگونه است؟ و اینکه آیا نظم جهانی لیبرال دچار بحران شده است؟ استدلال پژوهش بر این است که روایت لیبرال از نظم از آغاز در بستر قدرت انضباطی شکل گرفته و بسط یافته است و بعد از جنگ سرد وارد مرحله زیست قدرت در روابط بین الملل شده است. در این راستا این پژوهش با رهیافتِ فوکویی به قدرت و با روش تبارشناسی به مسئله و پرسش های طرح شده، پاسخ می دهد. از آنجا که روش تبارشناسی برای واکاوی مسئله پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفته لذا به پرسش های مطرح شده در طول نوشتار و بخش نتیجه گیری پاسخ خواهیم داد.Genealogy of the Liberal World Order: Analyzing the trajectory of power
The world has changed tremendously in recent years. International relations are no exception. To understand these developments and analyze or criticize them, first, we must know the current state of international relations. In recent years, the debate on the liberal world order and its future is very hot. In this regard, this research focuses on the "liberal order of the world" that forms an important part of the present history of international relations. Granting to this topic, this question raises What are the characteristics of the present liberal world order? This question itself causes further questions; What are the mechanisms of applying the power of the liberal order in international relations? And whether the liberal world order is in crisis? The argument of the research is that the liberal narrative of order was formed and expanded from the beginning in the context of disciplinary power, and after the Cold War, it has entered the stage of bio- power in international relations. In this regard, this research Foucault's approach to power and with the method of genealogy, it answers the problems and questions raised.
