چکیده
با توجه به نقش فزاینده روسیه و ترکیه در سراسر جهان از جمله تنش های لیبی، جنگ آذربایجان و ارمنستان، افزایش حضور اقتصادی ترکیه در آسیای مرکزی و روابط با آمریکای لاتین و همچنین روابط اقتصادی پررنگ آنکارا و مسکو و جمعیت 12درصدی مسلمانان ترک تبار مقیم روسیه که همواره از سیاست های آنکارا حمایت می کنند، می توان گفت که بحران سوریه به ابزاری برای چانه زنی و مبادله امتیاز بین دو کشور روسیه و ترکیه تبدیل شده است و این بحران بر راهبرد روسیه در قبال ترکیه تاثیر بسزایی داشته است. هدف این پژوهش تاثیر بحران سوریه بر راهبرد روسیه در قبال ترکیه می باشد. سوال اصلی پژوهش این گونه مطرح می شود که بحران سوریه چه تاثیری بر راهبرد روسیه در قبال ترکیه داشته است؟ فرضیه پژوهش نیز این گونه مطرح می شود که: بحران سوریه سبب شد تا روسیه تلاش کند که ترکیه را از بازیگری فعال که قابلیت کارشکنی در مسائل منطقه ای را دارد، به بازیگری همسو تبدیل کند و تا حد امکان ترکیه را از مدار غربی خارج کرده و بر اساس رئالیسم نئوکلاسیک راهبرد همکاری جویانه ای را با ترکیه در پیش گیرد. یافته های تحقیق نیز حکایت از اثبات این موضوع دارد. روش انجام این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی می باشد.Analysis of the impact of the Syrian crisis on Russia's strategy towards TurkeyAbstract

The aim of this research is the impact of the Syrian crisis on Russia's strategy towards Turkey. The main question of the research is that what effect has the Syrian crisis had on Russia's strategy towards Turkey? The hypothesis of the research is also proposed as follows: The Syrian crisis caused Russia to try to transform Turkey from an active actor capable of disrupting regional issues to an aligned actor and to remove Turkey from the Western orbit as much as possible. On the basis of contingent realism, he should adopt a cooperative strategy with Turkey. The findings of the research also indicate the proof of this issue. The method of conducting this research is descriptive-analytical.
