بررسی عملکرد مدیران شبکه های بهداشت و درمان استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد از دیدگاه پرسنل

مقدمه : مدیریت علم و هنر به کارگیری مؤثر و کارآمد منابع انسانی در برنامه ریزی، سازماندهی، بسیج منابع و امکانات هدایت و کنترل است که برای دستیابی به هدفهای سازمانی صورت می گیرد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی عملکرد مدیران سطح دوم شبکه های بهداشت و درمان استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد در زمینه های مختلف برنامه ریزی، سازماندهی، هدایت و رهبری، ارتباطات و کنترل و نظارت بود. روش پژوهش: پژوهش با روش مقطعی انجام شده است و به منظور گردآوری داده ها از دو پرسشنامه 36 سئوالی بسته استفاده شد و از 432 نفر از پرسنل بیمارستانها و مراکز بهداشت تحت بررسی، در مورد نحوه عملکرد مدیران آنها نظر خواهی شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار EP16IFO وارد کامپیوتر شد و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی شامل میانگین، انحراف معیار، جداول توزیعی فراوان و جهت مقایسه عملکرد مراکز با یکدیگر از آزمون آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه استفاده شده است. پرسشنامه شامل پنج گزینه همیشه، معمولاً، بعضی مواقع، بندرت، هیچ وقت بود که به ترتیب از 0 تا 4 امتیاز داده شد، میانگین کمتر از 2 به عنوان مدیریت نامطلوب و میانگین بیشتر از 2 به عنوان مدیریت مطلوب در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: در بیمارستان های مورد بررسی، بیمارستان امام سجاد (ع) یاسوج با میانگین و انحراف معیار (24/1 ± 6/2) و بیمارستان شهید بهشتی یاسوج با میانگین و انحراف معیار (36/1 ± 26/2) در همه زمینه های مدیریتی مورد بررسی، مطلوب می باشند و بیمارستانهای امام خمینی (ره) دهدشت با میانگین و انحراف معیار (22/1 ± 91/1) و بیمارستان شهید رجائی گچساران با میانگین و انحراف معیار (33/1 ± 79/1) در همه زمینه های مدیریتی مورد بررسی نامطلوب هستند. در بین مراکز بهداشت تحت بررسی مرکز بهداشت شهرستان کهگیلویه با میانگین و انحراف معیار (03/1 ± 88/2) در کلیه زمینه های مدیریتی مورد بررسی مطلوب بود و مرکز بهداشت شهید علیزاده گچساران با میانگین و انحراف معیار (26/1 ± 79/1) مرکز بهداشت شهید دامیده یاسوج با میانگین و انحراف معیار (24/1 ± 65/1) در همه زمینه های مدیریتی مورد بررسی نامطلوب بوده و در مجموع عملکرد مدیران شبکه های بهداشت و درمان با کسب میانگین و انحراف معیار (32/1 ± 1/2) در کل مطلوب است. بحث و نتیجه گیری: علیرغم این که عملکرد مدیران شبکه های بهداشت و درمان نسبتاً مطلوب بوده است، اما برگزاری دوره های آموزشی جهت بهبود عملکرد مدیران خدمات بهداشتی درمانی ضروری به نظر می رسد.

Developing a Parental Self-harmonization Model based on the Sahmgozari Approach in Conflict Management with Adolescents(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Objective: Adolescence is associated with significant psychological and physical changes, and the parent-adolescent relationship is mainly faced with increased conflicts, while the parents' behavior seems to be a critical factor for the quality of this relationship. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of designing a parental self-harmonization model based on the sahmgozari approach in conflict management with adolescents in Tehran. Methodology: In this qualitative research, data was collected through grounded theory using semi-structured interviews. Through the purposeful sampling method, 12 parents in Tehran city in 2022 were selected among those with low conflict with their adolescents based on the inclusion criteria of until the theoretical saturation was reached. The data were analyzed using Strauss and Corbin's coding method based on grounded theory. Findings: In the coding process, a central category under the general title of "Parent's sahm-based self-harmonization in parent-adolescent relationship" was selected. The code "Parent's sahm-based attitudinal indicators" as a contextual factor, the code "Matrix-based parent's self-harmonization" as a causal factor, and the code "Parent's productive strategies in parent-adolescent relationship" as strategies were identified in this model. Conclusion: Given the experiences of sahmgozar parents with low conflict with their adolescents, sahme-based attitude of the parent may give the parent an opportunity to create self-harmonization in different dimensions and manage conflicts in the parent-adolescent relationship by using productive strategies. This provides both the parent and adolescent a formative, soothing and satisfying relationship.

A Qualitative Investigation of the Upcoming Challenges to Working Nurse Mothers Choosing a Child Upbringing Method

Objective: The present research aimed to determine the upcoming challenges to working nurse mothers using a qualitative method and Grounded Theory approach. Methods: The study population of this research included all nurse mothers in Imam Reza Hospital in Bojnord city in 2018. 14 nurse mothers were chosen by purposeful sampling and the researcher conducted in-depth and semi-structured interviews with them. The data were analyzed using the qualitative method and Grounded Theory approach. Results: The findings regarding the research question (What are the upcoming challenges to working nurse mothers in choosing   a child upbringing method?) suggested that the conditions governing any workplace, any family and any upbringing situation are among the general factors that are considered to be determining factors in choosing a child upbringing method. Conclusion: It was eventually revealed that the factors related to family and work environments, which interfere with the nature of mother-child interactions, are among the upcoming challenges to working nurse mothers in choosing a child upbringing method.
