چکیده
ارائهٔ اصول راهنما برای تصمیم گیری در موقعیت های پیچیده و برآمده از تعارض/ تزاحم الزامات اخلاقی، همواره یکی از مهمترین دغدغه های فیلسوفان اخلاق بوده است. دیوید راس - فیلسوف اخلاق شهیر معاصر - با التفات و اِشراف به زوایا و ضعف های نظریه های هنجاری پیشین و بویژه نگاه و نظریهٔ وظیفه گرایانه ایمانوئل کانت - با اتکا به تمایز ابداعی و ادعایی میان «وظایف واقعی» و «وظایف در نگاه نخست» - در صدد برآمد تا راه و روزنه ای برای حل و منحل کردن مشکل تزاحمات اخلاقی بیابد. تکثرگرایی و انعطاف پذیری از ویژگی ها و به ادعا و اذعان بسیاری، از مزیّت های معتنا به نظریه وظیفه گرایانهٔ راس است که به جهت الهام و اثر پذیری از شیوه شهودگرایانه جی. ای. مور، به «شهودگرایی اخلاقی» موسوم و معنون شده است. در این مقاله پس از اشاره به عناصر و اصول نظریه نوآورانه دیوید راس و واکاوی مناشی و مقوّمات انگاره «وظایف در نگاه نخست»، کارایی و کامیابی این رویه و رهیافت بدیع و بنیادین در حلِّ دشواره های اخلاقی و تسهیل فرایند تصمیم گیری در موقعیت های پیچیده اخلاقی، تحلیل و نقد شده است.Analysis and criticism of the idea of “Prima Facie Duties”
Providing guiding principles for decision-making in complex situations arising from ethical conflicts has always been one of the most important concerns of moral philosophers. David Ross, a renowned contemporary moral philosopher, with a critical examination of the shortcomings of previous normative theories, particularly the perspective and theory of duty-based ethics by Immanuel Kant, aimed to find a way to resolve ethical conflicts by introducing the distinction between "actual duties" and "Prima Facie Duties," Pluralism and flexibility are among the notable advantages of Ross's deontological ethical theory, which, inspired by the intuitionist approach of G. E. Moore, is referred to as "ethical intuitionism." This article analyzes and critiques the effectiveness and success of this innovative and fundamental approach in resolving ethical dilemmas and facilitating the decision-making process in complex ethical situations, following an examination of the elements and principles of David Ross's innovative theory and the assumptions and foundations of the idea / theory of "Prima Facie Duties."
