چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی شگفت انگیز ترین مسیرخوشبختی با دانش کوچینگ صورت گرفته است. روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی بوده است؛ به منظور گردآوری داده های لازم برای نیل به اهداف پژوهش، از منابع موجود و مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش فیش برداری شد و اطلاعات حاصل با شیوه های کیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. این مقاله، توصیف مختصر سوابق و تاریخچه ی کوچینگ و مهارت یا علم کوچینگ (مربیگری)، را بصورت مفهومی در این زمینه را مرور کرده است. سپس مفهوم آموزش علم کوچ و این دانش را به عنوان شاخه ای از دانش بشری را مورد بررسی عمیق قرار داده است و سپس مفهوم انگیزه و اثر بخشی آن در مسیر موفقیت همراه با کوچ و نظریات دانشمندان و بزرگان بیان شده است. در پایان مقاله، پیشنهادهایی کاربردی در مورد آموزش های گوناگون و بخصوص مزایا و معایب استفاده از علم کوچینگ ارائه شده است.The most amazing path to happiness with coaching knowledge
The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the most amazing route (coaching). The research method was descriptive and analytical; In order to collect the necessary data to achieve the goals of the research, the available sources related to the research topic were taken and the resulting information was analyzed with qualitative methods. This article has reviewed the brief description of the background and history of coaching and the skill or science of coaching (coaching), conceptually in this field. Then the concept of teaching the science of Koch and this Science as a branch of human knowledge has been deeply investigated and then the concept of motivation and its effectiveness in the path of success has been expressed along with the opinions of scientists and elders. At the end of the article, practical suggestions about various trainings and especially the advantages and disadvantages of using coaching science have been presented.
