بررسی چگونگی و بهره گیری مدیریت استراتژیک در منابع انسانی

چکیده
برنامه ریزی استراتژیک در سازمان های بزرگ و کوچک به طور متفاوتی شکل گرفته و اجرامی شود. در سازمان های کوچک، روش برنامه ریزی بیشتر جنبه غیر رسمی داشته و اغلب اوقات تابع نظرات فردی مدیر است، لذا مدیریت منابع انسانی قسمتی عمده از قلمرو علم و هنر مدیریت را تشکیل می دهد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی بررسی چگونگی و بهره گیری مدیریت استراتژیک در منابع انسانی صورت پذیرفته است. روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی بوده است؛ به منظور گردآوری داده های لازم برای نیل به اهداف پژوهش، از منابع موجود و مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش فیش برداری شد و اطلاعات حاصل با شیوه های کیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. این مقاله، توصیف مختصر سوابق و تاریخچه ی مدیریت استراتژیک، مهارت های تصمیم گیری و توسعه ی فرد و سازمان، را بصورت مفهومی در این زمینه را مرور کرده است. سپس مفهوم مدیریت استراتژیک و مهارتهای حاصل شده از این علم را به عنوان شاخه ای از دانش بشری را مورد بررسی عمیق قرار داده است و سپس پیشینه ی تحقیقات گذشته و نظریات دانشمندان و بزرگان بیان شده است. در پایان مقاله، پیشنهادهایی کاربردی ارائه شده است.Investigating how and using strategic management in human resources
Strategic planning is formed and implemented differently in large and small organizations. In small organizations, the planning method is more informal and often depends on the manager's individual opinions, so human resource management is a major part of the science and art of management. The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating how and how to use strategic management in human resources. Descriptive research method has been analytical; In order to collect the necessary data to achieve the goals of the research, the available sources related to the research topic were taken and the resulting information was analyzed with qualitative methods. This article has reviewed the brief description of the records and history of strategic management, decision-making skills and the development of the individual and the organization in a conceptual way in this field. Then the concept of strategic management and skills The result of this science as a branch of human knowledge has been deeply investigated and then the background of past researches and the opinions of scientists and elders have been stated. At the end of the article, practical suggestions are provided.
