چکیده
گردشگری یکی از روش های توسعه اقتصادی و افزایش رفاه مردم بوده و یکی از اقتصادی ترین فعالیت ها، به خصوص از جهت اشتغال و رونق مناطق مختلف تلقی می گردد. برای آن که گردشگری بتواند به توسعه پایدار شهری کمک کند، باید اثرات آن مورد توجه خاص قرار گرفته شود. گردشگری به عنوان یکی از ارکان توسعه اقتصادی، یک صنعت مطرح می گردد و باعث افزایش درآمد و رونق اقتصادی و اشتغال می شود و از مهم ترین صنایع توسعه پایدار در جامعه بوده و نقش فعال و موثر در ارتقاء ساختار اقتصادی- اجتماعی و فرهنگی کشورها به خصوص در کشوهای رو به توسعه دارا می باشد. شهرها دارای جاذبه های گردشگری فراوان هستند و همواره گردشگران زیادی را به سوی خود جذب می نمایند، توسعه گردشگری زمانی پایدار است که مخرب نبوده و امکان حفاظت منابع برای نسل های آینده را فراهم آورد. در واقع گرشگری پایدار، توریسمی است که بتواند در یک محیط در زمانی نامحدود ادامه یابد. لذا توسعه گردشگری شهری پایدار و مدیریت خردمندانه آن، نیازمند برنامه ریزی است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش اقتصاد گردشگری در توسعه پایدار شهرستان سرعین می باشد. بدین منظور و در جهت ارزیابی پتانسیل های گردشگری از دو مدل کرچنر و gam پرداخته شده است. نتایج حاصل نشان می دهد منطقه گردشگری سرعین با ارزیابی مدل کرچنر مجموع امتیاز (25/9) را کسب کرده است همچنین در روش gam با بررسی مولفه های شناسایی شده نتایج حاصل نشان می دهد در ارزیابی ارزش ها، ارزش نهایی دارای مجموع امتیاز 75/14 می باشد. منطقه گردشگری سرعین دارای پتانسیل گردشگری بوده وبه دنبال آن، این ژئوسایت با جذب گردشگر و افزایش توان گردشگری می توان باعث رونق اقتصادی منطقه و توسعه پایدار منطقه گردد.Development of economic tourism in Sarein city using Kerchner and gam model

In fact, sustainable tourism is tourism that can continue in an environment indefinitely. Therefore, the development of sustainable urban tourism and its wise management requires planning. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of tourism economy in the sustainable development of Sarein city. For this purpose and in order to evaluate tourism potentials, two models, Kirchner and gam, have been discussed. The results show that the Sareen tourism area has obtained a total score of (9.25) by evaluating the Kerchner model. Also, in the gam method, by examining the identified components, the results show that In evaluating the values, the final value has a total score of 14.75. Sareen tourism area has tourism potential, and as a result, this geosite by attracting tourists and increasing the tourism potential can cause the economic prosperity of the region and the sustainable development of the region.
