مقدمه ای بر اطلس مفهومی ابعاد اندیشه ای فقه امنیت و نقش هستی شناسی در ترسیم آن

چکیده
مفهوم امنیت مفهومی پُردامنه است؛ طبق یک تعریف، امنیت در معنای عینی یعنی، نبود تهدید نسبت به ارزش های کسب شده و در معنای ذهنی یعنی، نبود هراس از حمله به ارزش ها است. و مقصود از مفهوم ذکرشده در فقه امنیت همین معنا است. فقه نیز - به عنوان علم متکفل بایدها و نبایدها - وظیفه اش بیان حکم خدا در همه موضوعات مربوط به افعال مکلفان، ازجمله در حوزه امنیت است. هدف این مقاله کشف و ترسیم اطلس مفهومی ابعاد اندیشه ای امنیت در فقه است. پرسش این است چگونه می توان چنین اطلسی را که منطبق با منابع فقهی موجود باشد ترسیم نمود؟ برای تحقق هدف مذکور و با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و با استفاد از روش هستی شناسی (آنتولوژی) در علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسی، مفاهیم ناظر به ابعاد اندیشه ای امنیت از منابع فقهی استخراج و روابط بین مفاهیم بر اساس ضوابط آنتولوژی ایجاد گردیده است. نتیجه تحقیق این است که مفاهیم ناظر به ابعاد اندیشه ای امنیت در فقه بر محور چند مفهوم می چرخند؛ این مفاهیم باتوجه به توسعه و ضیق مفهومی (اعم و اخص) عبارتند از: «علم»، «اعتقاد»، «ایمان»، «یقین» و «شک» که در این مقاله هندسه این مفاهیم و ارتباطات آن ها با دیگر مفاهیم در فقه به تصویر کشیده شده است.An Introduction to the Conceptual Map of the Intellectual Dimensions of Security Jurisprudence and the Role of Ontology in Its Illustration
The concept of security is very broad. According to one definition, security in the objective sense means the absence of threats to acquired values and in the subjective sense it means the absence of fear of attacks on values and this is the meaning of the concept mentioned in security jurisprudence. Jurisprudence, as a comprehensive science of dos and don'ts, is in charge of expressing God's ruling in all matters related to the actions of the obligees, including actions related to security. This article aims to discover and draw a conceptual map of ideological dimensions of security in jurisprudence. The question is, how can such a map be drawn that is consistent with the available jurisprudential sources? In order to achieve the mentioned goal, through the descriptive-analytical method and using the ontology method in information and knowledge studies, the concepts referring to the ideological dimensions of security have been extracted from jurisprudential sources and the relationships between the concepts have been established based on the criteria of the ontology. The finding of the research suggests that the concepts regarding the ideological dimensions of security in jurisprudence focuses on several concepts. These concepts according to the development and conceptual narrowness (general and specific) are "science", "belief", "faith", "certainty" and "doubt", in this article the geometry of these concepts and their relationships with other concepts in Jurisprudence is drawn.
