چکیده
دولت اعتدال در فضای اجتماعی امیدوارانه ای ظهور یافت و در فضایی از ناامیدی و بی اعتمادی قدرت را واگذار کرد. ظهور دولت اعتدال از لحاظ گفتمانی وابسته به دال هایی همچون مذاکره، تدبیر، مصلحت اندیشی و انعطاف پذیری است. با این اوصاف اقبال عمومی به مدت کوتاهی پس از روی کار آمدن کاهش یافت و در نهایت به پایین ترین سطح خود رسید. پرسش این است آیا جریان اعتدال در دولت حسن روحانی را می توان به مثابه یک گفتمان تلقی کرد؟ و خالی شدن دال های این گفتمان از مدلول های خود چه پیامدهایی را به دنبال خواهد داشت؟ فرضیه آن است که چون دال های اصلی جریان اعتدال هر یک به دلیلی از مدلول های خود خالی شد، فرایند مفصل بندی گفتمانی تکمیل نشد و تثبیت گفتمانی صورت نپذیرفت؛ لذا جریان اعتدال را نمی توان گفتمان دانست. پیامد عدم تثبیت گفتمانی جریان اعتدال و به حاشیه رفتن گفتمان های میانه روانه می تواند به افزایش شکاف میان مردم و حاکمیت انجامیده و با کاهش اعتماد و امید اجتماعی منجر به آنتاگونیسم پیش رونده شود.Meaningless signifiers and progressive antagonism in the Goverment of Eteda
