مالکیت ارضی نزد دهخدای صوراسرافیل؛ تبیین یک تناقض (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
علی اکبر دهخدا در شماره های مختلف روزنامه صوراسرافیل دو نگاه متفاوتِ رادیکال و معتدل را در ارتباط با مقوله مالکیت ارضی ارائه کرد. مسئله اصلی تحقیق حاضر تبیین خوانش دوگانه دهخدا از مقوله مالکیت ارضی است. دهخدا در نوشته های اولیه خود، نگاهی رادیکال و سوسیالیستی با پوشش حقوق بشری و اسلامی در ارتباط با مالکیت ارضی ارائه می دهد و از واگذاری بدون قیدوشرط زمین به رعایا سخن می گوید و تحقق جبری آن را از طریق پروژه اصلاحات و یا در صورت لزوم از طریق امکان انقلاب دهقانی می بیند. با این حال در نوشته های بعدی، نگاهی تعدیل شده را دنبال کرده و با پذیرش حق مالکیت مالکان، انتقال املاک به رعایا را در ازای پرداخت بهای آن ها و با واسطه گری بانک پیشنهاد داده است. تحقیق حاضر با تأسی به هرمنوتیک قصدی-زمینه ای اسکینر، یافته ها و نکاتی را در پاسخ به مسئله ذکرشده در بالا معلوم می سازد. ویژگی های فضای زبانی-گفتمانی و فکری-اجتماعی حاکم ازجمله تشدید تنش های سیاسی و صف آرایی موافقان و مخالفان مشروطه، نزاع های گفتمانی مشروعه خواهی و مشروطه خواهی، حمله به دفتر روزنامه صوراسرافیل و وقفه بیش از یک ماهه در انتشار آن، در کنار تصویب قانون انطباعات و ایجاد کمیته صلح (با حضور جهانگیرخان مسئول صوراسرافیل) و درخواست دوری جستن از تندروی موجب شد تا دهخدا بدین گونه پاسخ دهد.Land Ownership with Dehkhoda Sur Israfil; Explain a Contradiction
