چکیده
در حال حاضر، تفکر استراتژیک از نیازهای اساسی ادارات و سازمانها برای رشد و ترقی بوده و به کمک آن میتوان از منبع ارزشمند و کلیدی تفکر سازمانی برای مدیریت چالشهای محیطی و میل به اهداف سازمانی به خوبی استفاده کرد، فقدان تفکر استراتژیک در مدیران عالی با عنوان یک کمبود اساسی در سازمانها به شمار میرود. هدف اصلی این پژوهش تعیین تاثیر تفکر استراتژیک از طریق متغیر تعدیل گر فعالیت های کاری با عملکرد بالا بر عملکرد سازمانی کارمندان بخش دولتی شهر تهران بودند، بوده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات تحقیق توصیفی پیمایشی می باشد، جامعه آماری دراین تحقیق کلیهکارمندان بخش دولتی شهر تهران بودند، نمونه آماری این مطالعه شامل 237 نفر است. داده های این پژوهش با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری داده مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد تفکر استراتژیک (تفکر سیستمی، تمرکز بر هدف، فرصت جویی هوشمندانه، تفکر در زمان، پیشروی براساس رویکرد علمی) بر روی عملکرد سازمانی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.Investigating the relationship between strategic thinking and organizational performance with the moderating role of high performance work activities in public sector employees in Tehran
At present, strategic thinking is one of the basic needs of departments and organizations for growth and development, and with its help, it is possible to use the valuable and key source of organizational thinking to manage environmental challenges and the desire to achieve organizational goals. Strategic thinking in top managers is considered as a basic deficiency in organizations. The main goal of this research was to determine the effect of strategic thinking through the moderating variable of high-performance work activities on the organizational performance of public sector employees in Tehran. Research In terms of the practical purpose and in terms of the data collection method, this is a descriptive survey research, the statistical population in this research was the college employees of the public sector of Tehran, the statistical sample of this study includes 237 people. The data of this research was analyzed using the data structural equation model. The results showed that the dimensions of strategic thinking (system thinking, focus on the goal, intelligent opportunism, thinking in time, advancing based on a scientific approach) have an impact on organizational performance. It is positive and meaningful.
