چکیده
این مطالعه به بررسی وضعیت تحقیقات مرتبط با رهبری معاصر در دهه گذشته می پردازد. با استفاده از داده های استنادی SSCI از یگ مجله معتبر رهبری (فصلنامه رهبری) که شامل 696 مقاله و 63407 مرجع استناد شده می باشد، یک تحلیل همبستگی برای بررسی ساختار فکری مطالعات رهبری انجام دادیم. نتایج نشان می دهد که مطالعات رهبری معاصر بر رهبری تحول آفرین، نظریه LMX، نظریه های رهبری ضمنی، رهبری اصیل، رهبری کاریزماتیک (پر جذبه)، رهبری اخلاقی، و عواطف و احساسات رهبری تمرکز دارند. بنابراین، این مطالعه، مبانی علمی تحقیقات رهبری را شناسایی کرده و تأثیرگذارترین مجلات، نشریات و محققان و روابط بین آنها را در این زمینه معرفی می کند. نتایج این مطالعه همچنین ابزار مفیدی برای دستیابی محققین به ادبیات تحقیقات رهبری ارائه می کند.Contemporary leadership and evolution of relevant theories and analysis of new research trends
This study examines the state of research related to contemporary leadership in the last decade. Using SSCI citation data from an authoritative leadership journal (Leader Quarterly), which includes 696 articles and 63,407 cited references, we conducted a correlation analysis to examine the intellectual structure of leadership studies. The results show that contemporary leadership studies focus on transformational leadership, LMX theory, implicit leadership theories, authentic leadership, charismatic leadership, ethical leadership, and leadership emotions. Therefore, this study identifies the scientific foundations of leadership research and introduces the most influential journals, publications and researchers and the relationships between them in this field. The results of this study also provide a useful tool for researchers to access the leadership research literature.
