خوانش فارسی از فقه اسلامی در دورۀ عراقی متن پژوهی نسخۀ خطی کتاب ترغیب الصلوة در باب فقه و احکام نماز (قرن هفتم هجری قمری)

چکیده
کتاب ترغیب الصلوة متنی کهن به زبان فارسی متعلق به دورۀ عراقی است که در آداب نیایش و پرستش اسلام یعنی نماز نوشته شده است. این اثر بیش از نهصد سال در دل کتابخانه ها، حوزه های دینی و مراکز علم و فرهنگ ذخیره شد تا امروز چشمه ای جوشان از زبان و ادبیات و تاریخ کهن را برای ما ارمغان آورد. پژوهش حاضر براساس تصحیح انتقادی متن کتاب ترغیب الصلوة، با رویکرد زبان شناسی انتقادی مبتنی بر متن و گفتمان (تحلیل نقش ایدئولوژی و قدرت در متن) و نظریۀ فرکلاف (1989) انجام گرفته است. فرضیۀ این پژوهش، بررسی شاخص های سبک عراقی در متن از دو منظر واژگانی و دستوری (دستور تاریخی) است و به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که آیا متن به راستی به دورانی که بدان منسوب است تعلق دارد یا خیر؟ (مثبت) و آیا متن، از لهجه های فرعی سود جسته یا بر زبان فارسی معیار پای فشرده است؟ (فارسی معیار). با بررسی متن، واژگان و ترکیب های بدیع و نویافته ای که در لغتنامه های فارسی وجود ندارد و گنجی گرانقدر در این متن کهن است به همراه اطلاعات ارزندۀ تاریخی، جغرافیایی و اجتماعی و فرهنگی از تاریخ و جامعۀ ایران آن روزگار به دست آمده است. در پایان ضمن کتابشناسی مآخذ متن، دربارۀ آثار و کتاب های گمنامی که در این اثر از آنها یاد شده، سخن گفته شده و بخش کوتاهی از متن برای آشنایی بیشتر به پیوست مقاله گزارش شده است.Persian Reading From Islamic jurisprudence in Iraq Textualization of the Manuscript of the book Torqib al-Salawat on the Subject of jurisprudence and the Rules of Prayer (7th Century AH)
The book Torqib al-Salawat belongs to the Iraqi period, which is written in the prayers of the objective Islamic worship. This work has been preserved for nine hundred years in libraries, religious seminaries, and the centers of science and culture. The present study is based on a critical correction of the text of the book Torqib al-Salawat a critique of textual and discourse-based critical linguistics (analysis of the role of ideology and power in the text) and the view of Fairclough (1989). The hypothesis of this study is to examine the characteristics of the Iraqi style in the text from the perspective of history (historical order) and it seeks to answer the question that this verse really belongs to the period to which it is attributed or not? (yes) Is one of the sub-categories of profitable profiteering or Persian language a compact standard? (Persian standard). By examining the text, words, and novel and written combinations that do not exist in Persian dictionaries, there is a valuable analysis of this text, along with valuable historical, geographical, social, and cultural information from the history and society of Iran at that time. Finally, in addition to the bibliography of the mentioned sources, the works and anonymous books that have been mentioned in this work have been discussed and a short section of the text has been attached for more information.
