چکیده
هدف پژوهش، طراحی مدل ساختاری توسعه فوتسال ایران بود. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی بود که به صورت آمیخته کیفی و کمی انجام شد. نمونه گیری در بخش کیفی، براساس پنل تخصصی و هدفمند و برابر با 18 نفر بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی، شامل مسئولین و کارشناسان کمیته فوتسال فدراسیون و هیأت های فوتبال، مدیران تیم های ملی و باشگاه های فوتسال بودند که به دلیل فقدان آمار دقیق، تعداد نمونه، 384 نفر تعیین شد که ابتدا به صورت تصادفی طبقه ای و سپس به صورت غیرتصادفی در دسترس، انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. روایی پرسشنامه توسط 8 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و پایایی آن، علاوه بر کدگذاری مجدد توسط دو کدگذار، با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ، نیز تأیید شد (90/0α=). برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS و لیزرل استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد که 30 شاخص در قالب مؤلفه های محیطی و تجهیزاتی، منابع انسانی، مالی و اقتصادی، عوامل ساختاری، کارراهه، تعاملات، نگرشی و حمایتی و فرایندهای اجرایی در توسعه فوتسال ایران وجود دارد و اثرگذار شاخص های شناسایی شده در توسعه فوتسال معنادار است. می توان گفت، استانداردسازی و افزایش سالن های فوتسال، توسعه و بهره وری منابع انسانی فنی، تخصصی و مدیریتی فوتسال، خصوصی سازی باشگاه ها و درآمدزایی پایدار به توسعه فوتسال کمک زیادی خواهد کرد.Designing a structural model for Iran's futsal development
The aim of the research was to design a structural model for the development of futsal in Iran. The current research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method, which was conducted in a mixed qualitative and quantitative manner. Sampling in the qualitative section was based on a specialized and targeted panel and equal to 20 people. The statistical population in the quantitative part included the officials and experts of the futsal committee of the federation and football boards, managers of national teams and clubs. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 8 sports management professors and its reliability, in addition to coding by two coders, was also confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (α=0.90). SPSS and Lisrel software were used for data analysis. The findings showed that there are 30 indicators in the form of environmental and equipment components, human, financial and economic resources, structural factors, ways, interactions, attitudinal and supportive processes, and executive processes in the development of futsal in Iran, and the influence of the identified indicators on the development of futsal is significant. It can be said that the standardization and increase of futsal halls, the development and productivity of futsal technical, specialized and managerial human resources, the privatization of clubs and sustainable income generation will greatly contribute to the development of futsal.
