چکیده
افزایش مشارکت سیاسی، دغدغه ی هر نظام سیاسی است. شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر افزایش مشارکت از مهمترین راهکارها برای مدیریت و افزایش مشارکت مردم در انتخابات می باشد. در این پژوهش عوامل مؤثر بر مشارکت سیاسی در استان سیستان و بلوچستان (سه شهر زاهدان، خاش و سراوان) بررسی می شود. روش این پژوهش پیمایشی است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات میدانی بوده و از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده گردیده است. جامعه ی آماری پژوهش مشارکت کنندگان انتخاباتی سیستان و بلوچستان می باشند و از فرمول کوکران برای تعیین نمونه ی آماری استفاده شد و نمونه گیری به شیوه ی تصادفی ساده صورت پذیرفت. با توجه به جامعه ی آماری نامحدود تعداد نمونه ی آماری384 نفر انتخاب شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل صورت گرفت. در نهایت نتایج نشان داد که در سه شهر زاهدان، خاش و سراوانن، عوامل مذهبی، قومی و طایفه ای بر مشارکت سیاسی در استان سیستان و بلوچستان تأثیرگذار می باشند.Investigating factors affecting political participation in Sistan and Baluchistan province (case study in three cities of Zahedan, Khash, Saravan)
Increasing political participation is a concern of every political system in different countries. Identifying the factors affecting the increase of participation is one of the most important strategies for managing and increasing people's participation in elections. In this study, the factors affecting political participation in Sistan and Baluchestan province in three cities of Zahedan, Khash and Saravan were studied. This research was conducted by survey method and the data collection method in this research was field and a questionnaire was used. The statistical population of the study is the electoral participants of Sistan and Baluchestan and Cochran's formula was used to determine the statistical sample and sampling was done by simple random method. According to the unlimited statistical population, 384 statistical samples were selected. For analysis in two parts, descriptive and inferential statistics were performed using SPSS software. Finally, the results showed that in three cities of Zahedan, Khash, Saravanen, religious, ethnic and sectarian factors affect political participation in Sistan and Baluchestan province.
