چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی و ارزیابی توقیفی بودن آیات قرآن از منظر عالمان جهان اسلام بویژه عالمان دو مذهب شیعه و اهل سنت است. مساله مقاله حاضر این است که از دیدگاه شیعه و اهل سنت چینش آیات در سوره های قرآن کریم، توقیفی است یا اجتهادی؟ بر این اساس در مقاله حاضر با استفاده از روش مطالعه کتابخوانه ای و تحلیل توصیفی، به بررسی دلایل عقلی و نقلی توقیفی یا اجتهادی بودن آیات قرآن از منظر اندیشمندان این دو مذهب شاخص در جهان اسلام پرداخته شده است. یافته های تحقیق بیانگر این مطلب است که عالمان شیعه و اهل سنت در مساله توقیفی بودن آیات قرآن اتفاق نظر داشته و بر «تناسب آیات» و «تحریف ناپذیری قرآن کریم» تاکید دارند. در این میان، تنها مسائل اختلافی، مواردی مانند وحدت موضوعی، ترتیب آیات قرآن و چینش آیات در درون سوره ها می باشد. قائلان به اجتهادی بودن چینش آیات قرآن در درون سوره ها، تنظیم اندکی از آیات را حاصل اجتهاد صحابه می دانند اما اکثر عالمان جهان اسلام معتقدند که تنظیم و چینش آیات قرآن در سوره ها به وحی الهی و دستور پیامبر اکرم (ص) بوده و لذا تنظیم و ترتیب همه چیز در قرآن کریم، توقیفی است.Evaluation of the Theory of Being Toqifi (Being Divine) of the Verses of the Holy Quran from the Perspective of Scholars of the Islamic World
The purpose of the present research was to investigate and evaluate being Toqifi of the verses of the Qur'an from the point of view of two different groups. The issue of recent article was that from point of view of Shias and Sunnis, is the arrangement of verses in the Surahs of the Qur'an Toqifi or ijtihadi? Through using the content analysis method, it was investigated the rational and narrative reasons of the Qur'anic verses being Toqifi or ijtihad. The findings showed that Shiites and Sunnis agree on the question of the Toqifi of Quranic verses and they emphasized on the "proportion of the verses" and the "incorruptibility of the Quran". Thematic unity, the arrangement of the verses of the Quran and the arrangement of the verses within the Surahs are based on God's revelation and the Prophet's order that each Surah starts from a certain point and ends at a specific point. Although those who say that the arrangement of the verses is Ijtihad, they consider the arrangement of a few verses to be the result of the Ijtihad of the Companions, but in the present article, according to the reasons mentioned, it was proved that the verses are Toqifi.
