چکیده
انقلاب اسلامی ایران دارای جلوه های انسان ساز و بیدارگر در درون و بیرون مرزهای جغرافیایی کشور بوده است و برای اینکه اصول و ارزش های انسانی آن بتواند در دل ها قرار گیرد، نیازمند تبیین و نظریه پردازی در حوزه های ارسال پیام، اقناع و مخاطب شناسی و فهم موارد قطع ارتباط و پارازیت است . ظهور عصر تکنولوژی ارتباطات که سرعت انتقال پیام را به همراه داشته و ارتباطات بین الملل را هم که ارتباطات میان ملل و فرهنگ ها را آسان سازی کرده است، می تواند بستری مناسب برای نشر اصول و ارزش های انقلاب اسلامی باشد . این پژوهش به دنبال این است که با استفاده از نظریات « ارتباطات بین الملل » و « حقوق بین المللی ارتباطات » امکانات لازم را جهت صدور قانونی و مسالمت آمیز پیام انقلاب اسلامی بررسی و نقش حوزه های علمیه در استفاده از این ابزارها و راهکارها را مطالعه کنیم . در این راستا ، استفاده از نظریات و حقوق بین المللی ارتباطات مانند اصل آزادی بیان و مذهب، جریان آزاد اطلاعات، آزادی تولید و نشر اطلاعات بسیار راهگشا است . در مدل مورد نظر، تلاش می شود نشان داده شود که چگونه حوزه های علمیه از طریق استفاده از رسانه های نو، ایجاد مراکز علمی و فرهنگی و اعزام استاد و مبلغ در بستر حقوق و ارتباطات بین المللی می توانند به تبلیغ و نشر اصول و ارزش های انقلاب اسلامی در حوزه های فرامرزی بپردازند .Turkey's Position on the Conflict in Syria Crisis
Abstract
Syria's geopolitical situation is such that the interests of other global and regional powerful states such as Turkey and the West and Israel on one side and supporters of Syria, such as China, Russia and Iran tied, In the process of power Extremist and terrorist groups supported by some countries, including Turkey, have been put into action war. Thus, Turkey has been login to the crisis in Syria and this is an issue that makes it more complex equations. Therefore, the question arises in this paper that the security, political and economic approach of the Turkish government to the entry into the Syrian crisis and the achievements of the national interests of the Turkish government? And in response (hypothesis), we are considering that Turkey, by strengthening ISAF ties in the Syrian conflict, initially seeks to increase its political-economic-security influence in Syria.. And how much this equates the balance of regional power in the Middle East with the transformation of the competition of the great international powers.In this power process, Turkey has a strong presence in the Middle East and Islamic countries due to its power and positioning characteristics in the international system..
