بررسی نقش سنت های فرهنگی بر توسعه پایدار شهرها با رویکرد جنبش شهر آرام (مطالعه موردی: شهر اردبیل)

چکیده
شهرها به عنوان مکان مناسب و شهرنشینی به عنوان شیوه مطلوب زیست در آن از مهم ترین کانون های توسعه به شمار می روند. در این میان سنت های فرهنگی به عنوان مقوله مهم در توسعه پایدار شهری با رسوخ و نفوذ فرهنگ سرمایه داری در جهان سوم از جمله ایران موجب تمرکز شهری ناهمگون و رشد شتابان شهری شده است. برای برطرف کردن چالش های پیش رو دیدگاه های متعددی در راستای دستیابی به پایداری تدوین شده است؛ یکی از جدیدترین و موفق ترین رویکردها، جنبش شهر آرام است . بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش سنت های فرهنگی بر توسعه پایدار شهر اردبیل با رویکرد شهر آرام، جهت برنامه ریزی آتی انجام تدوین شده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش توصیفی- تحلیلی است. داده های موردنیاز این بررسی از طریق روش های میدانی و اسنادی گردآوری شده اند. جامعه آماری تحقیق منطبق بر مناطق 5 شهر اردبیل می باشد. برای رتبه بندی مناطق 5گانه شهراردبیل به لحاظ شاخص های شهرآرام، از مدل تصمیم گیری چند معیاره ویکور در محیط نرم افزار Excel استفاده شده است. جهت وزن دهی به شاخص ها نیز از مدل آنتروپی شانون استفاده شده است. یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که میانگین شاخص ها زیرِ حد متوسط بوده است، به طوری که به جز شاخص زیرساختی میانگین تمامی شاخص ها کمتر از حد 3 بوده است. نتایج حاصله از پیاده سازی مدل ویکور نیز نشان می دهد بالاترین رتبه به منطقه دو و پایین رتبه به منطقه یک اختصاص دارد. لازم به ذکر است منطقه 3 در میان مناطق5 گانه شهراردبیل بیشترین کمبود را در زمینه شاخص های شهرآرام دارد.Investigating the role of cultural traditions on the sustainable development of cities with the approach of the peaceful city movement (Case study: Ardabil city)
Cities as a suitable place and urbanization as a desirable way of life are considered to be one of the most important centers of development. Meanwhile, cultural traditions as an important category in sustainable urban development with the penetration and influence of capitalist culture in the third world, including Iran, have caused heterogeneous urban concentration and accelerated urban growth. In order to solve the upcoming challenges, several viewpoints have been formulated in order to achieve sustainability; One of the newest and most successful approaches is the Peaceful City movement, which was created as a cultural movement to increase the quality of life and reduce speed in cities. Based on this, the current research has been compiled with the aim of investigating the role of cultural traditions on the sustainable development of Ardabil city with the approach of Aram city, for future planning. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The data required for this study have been collected through field and documentary methods. The statistical population of the research corresponds to the 5 regions of Ardabil city. To rank the 5 regions of Ardabil city in terms of Shahr Aram indicators, Vicor's multi-criteria decision making model was used in the Excel environment. Shannon's entropy model has also been used to weight the indicators. The findings of the research indicate that the average of the indicators was below the average, so that except for the infrastructure index, the average of all the indicators was less than 3. The results obtained from the implementation of the Vicor model also show that the highest rank belongs to region two and the lowest rank belongs to region one. .
