چکیده
استفاده از فناوری های نوین در صنایع از مدت ها پیش در کشورهای توسعه یافته آغاز شده است. یکی از این فناوری ها اینترنت اشیا می باشد. رهبران اینترنت اشیا برای ایجاد بستر فرهنگی نوآوری باید از مردم شروع کنند. اینترنت اشیا حاصل تکامل در فناوری اینترنت است که امکان اتصال اشیا به هم را فراهم می سازد و می تواند به شکلی گسترده فرایندها و نحوه خدمات دهی را تغییر دهد. با وجود کاربردهای فراوان اینترنت اشیا در صنعت، موانع زیادی بر سر راه استقرار آن قرار دارد. در این مقاله ابتدا به شناسایی موانع به کارگیری اینترنت اشیا در صنایع کوچک و متوسط استان ایلام، اعم از موانع اقتصادی، فرهنگی، مالی، فنی و ... با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی فازی پرداخته شد؛ سپس روابط بین آنها با استفاده از مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش 15 نفر از خبرگان آشنا به موضوع بودند. 16 مانع به عنوان موانع اصلی به کارگیری اینترنت اشیا در صنایع کوچک و متوسط استان ایلام شناسایی شد و ارتباط بین آنها در 6 سطح طبقه بندی و در یک شبکه تعاملی ترسیم گردید؛ درنتیجه نبود سه عامل حمایت های دولت، تحریم و عدم ارتباط و کمبود دانش فنی در بین برنامه ریزان در بالاترین سطح قرار گرفتند، فرهنگ سازی در سازمان ها یکی از راهکارهای رفع این موانع است.Identifying Obstacles to the Use of Internet of Things in Small and Medium Industries of Ilam Province Using the Fuzzy Delphi Technique
In developed countries, the use of new technologies in industries has started a long time ago. One of these technologies is the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT leaders must start with people to create a cultural platform for innovation. The Internet of Things is the result of the evolution of Internet technology, which provides the possibility of connecting things together and can widely change the processes and the way of providing services. Despite the many applications of the Internet of Things in the industry, there are many obstacles on the way to its establishment. In this article, the obstacles to the use of Internet of Things in small and medium industries of Ilam province were first identified, including economic, cultural, financial, technical, etc. obstacles using the fuzzy Delphi technique; then the relationships between them were measured using interpretive structural modeling. The statistical population of the research was 15 experts familiar with the subject. 16 obstacles were identified as the main obstacles to the use of Internet of Things in small and medium industries of Ilam province, and the relationship between them was classified in 6 levels and drawn in an interactive network; As a result of the lack of government support, sanctions and lack of communication and lack of technical knowledge among the planners, culture building in organizations is one of the solutions to overcome these obstacles.
