بررسی اثرات همه گیری کرونا بر اقتصاد گردشگری در شهر لالجین: با تاکید بر نقش صنایع دستی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
شیوع همه گیری کرونا یکی از جدی ترین آسیب ها را بر صنعت توریسم و گردشگری دنیا وارد کرده است. با توجه به نقش پر اهمیت صنعت گردشگری و صنایع دستی در اقتصاد شهر لالجین، هدف از این مطالعه نیز بررسی کانال های اثرگذاری شیوع کرونا بر صنعت گردشگری در شهر لالجین بوده تا ابعاد مختلف این بحران بر اقتصاد گردشگری این شهر استخراج شده و مشخص گردد که آیا محوریت بودن صنایع دستی در شکل گیری گردشگری شهر لالجین، توانسته است اثرات بحران همه گیری کرونا بر گردشگری را تقلیل دهد یا خیر؟ بدین منظور برای یافتن ابعاد مختلف اثرگذاری همه گیری کرونا بر گردشگری و توسعه پایدار شهر لالجین، به بررسی روایت های فردی و تجربه های شخصی 21 نفر از صنعتگران و تولید کنندگان سفال و سرامیک در شهرک صنعتی لالجین، کارگران و فروشندگان صنایع دستی، صادرکنندگان، و صاحبان مشاغل در حوزه خدمات گردشگری شهر لالجین پرداخته شده است. نتایج حاصل از کدگذاری مصاحبه ها نشان دهنده 9 مکانیزم اصلی اثرگذاری شیوع کرونا بر کسب و کارهای گردشگری در حوزه صنایع دستی می باشد که شامل: 1) تغییر در بازار فروش محصولات 2) تغییر در بازار نیروی کار 3) تغییر در ساختار بازار 4) تغییر در استراتژی های فروش و بازاریابی 5) تغییر در علایق و سلایق مردم 6) بروز مشکلات مالی7) مشکلات ناشی از اعمال قوانین منع تردد و محدودیت های کرونایی 8) سوء مدیریت دولتی و 9) عوامل تشدید-کننده همچون تورم و تحریم های بین المللی می باشند. همچنین نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آنست که حضور صنایع دستی در صنعت گردشگری شهر لالجین باعث بالا بودن درجه تحرک نیروی کار در این شهر شده و از این طریق از بروز بیکاری گسترده در دوران بحران ممانعت به عمل آورده است. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه کاربردهای سیاستی مفیدی برای کسب وکارهای فعال در حوزه صنایع دستی، به خصوص در دوران پساکرونا در بر خواهد داشت.Investigating the Effects of COVID-19 Pandemic on Tourism Economy in Lalejin City: With a Special Emphasis on the Role of Handicrafts
The outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic has caused one of the most serious damage on the world tourism industry. Considering the important role of tourism and handicrafts industry in the economy of Lalejin city, the purpose of this study is to investigate the channels through which corona outbreak has affected the tourism industry in Lalejin city. In addition, considering the centrality of handicrafts in formation of tourism in Lalejin city, this study will answer the question of whether the presence of handicrafts in the tourism industry of Lalejin city has been able to reduce the effects of Corona pandemic crisis on the economy or not? In order to find different dimensions of the impact of Corona pamdemic on tourism and sustainable development of Lalejin city, and based on Grounded theory methods, this study made a survey on the personal stories and personal experiences of 21 craftsmen and producers of pottery and ceramics in Lalejin industrial town, workers and sellers of related handicraft industries, exporters, and business owners in the field of tourism services in Lalejin city. The results of the coding of the interviews indicate 9 main mechanisms that the prevalence of corona influenced on tourism businesses which include: 1) Changes in target markets and trading partners 2) changes in the labor market 3) changes in the Market structures 4) change in sales and marketing strategies 5) change in people's interests and tastes 6) financial problems 7) problems caused by the application of curfews and restrictions 8) government mismanagement and 9) aggravating factors such as Inflation and international sanctions. The results of this study also indicate that the centrality of handicrafts in the tourism industry of Lalejin city has caused a high degree of labor mobility in this city and thus has prevented widespread unemployment during the crisis.
