چکیده
در این مقاله رویکردهای نظری و عملی برای درک تاثیر بلقوه فساد اداری و سیستم رانتی بر عملکرد سازمان های مربوطه و تاثیر این پدیده در پروژه های ترافیکی و آلودگی هوای کلان شهر ها می باشد. با کمک از تکنیکهای روانشناسی عصبی کلامی و کوچینگ ( مربیگری) و مشاهده و درک مشگل از یگ جنبه و از جنبه دیگر بعنوان شخصی که از بیرون این معضلات را مشاهده می کند هدف گذاری و پیشنهاد می شود. در پایان، به نتیجه رسیدن این پروژه و یافته ها منجر به خلق یگ استاندار مدیریتی جدید بین المللی به منظور جلوگیری و بهبودی مرض رانتی می باشد. این استاندارد در سازمان بین المللی استانداردهای جهانی مستقردرکشور سویس، ژنو به ثبت خواهد رسید. (پیشنهاد و تدوین، استاندارد بین المللی مدیریت ضد رانتی ،ایزو استاندارد - ثابت راسخ، فرهمند (۲۰۲۱ ).Investigating the effects of the rentier system and economic corruption on traffic and air pollution from the perspective of NLP and Coaching
Propose: In this article, theoretical and practical approaches to understanding the potential impact of administrative corruption and rentier system on the performance of relevant organizations and the impact of this phenomenon on traffic projects and air pollution in big cities. With the help of neuro linguistic psychology techniques and coaching and alignment with the problem from one aspect and another aspect as a person who observes these problems from the outside, it is targeted and suggested. Findings: The conclusion of this project find out lack of independent standard for prevent rentier problem. This project will lead to the creation of a new international standard for Anti-rentier management. (Sabetrasekh, Farahmand, (2021) proposal for standardization of anti-rentier disease and management system). This standard will be registered with the International Organization for Standardization, Geneva, Switzerland, (ISO).
