چکیده
انگیزش، فرآیندی است که به انسان انرژی داده و قوای او را در جهت انجام کار، فعال می سازد و در صدد برانگیختن درون انسان در جهت جذب فضایل اخلاقی و دوری از رذایل است. آنچه از ادلّه مورد بحث به دست می آید، این است که سرچشمه انگیزه های اخلاقی، خداگرایی و کمال گرایی نامتعیّن انسان است که در فطرت بشر ریشه دارد و جهت یابی آنها به سوی انگیزه های اخلاقی، نیازمند هدایت و مدیریتی قوی است که قرآن به عنوان منبعی متقن و قابل اعتماد در راستای ایجاد و تقویت این انگیزه نقشی مدیریتی را ایفا می کند. نقش مدیریتی انگیزش اخلاقی قرآن چنان سازنده است که از انسان با انگیزه هایش، که خود منشأ بسیاری از ناهنجاری های اخلاقی است، انسان کامل خالی از رذایل اخلاقی و آراسته به فضایل اخلاقی می سازد و تمام ابعاد وجودی انسان، اعم از مادی و معنوی را در جهت کمال مطلق و بی نهایت و جاودانه قرار می دهد. مواردی از قبیل تشویق، استفهام، موعظه و نصیحت و.... به عنوان مهمترین راه کارهای مدیریت در تقویت انگیزه های اخلاقی با اتکاء به قرآن معرفی شدند. هدف اصلی این تحقیق ارائه راه کارهای مدیریتی در تقویت انگیزه های اخلاقی با اتکاء به قرآن کریم می باشد.Management Solutions to Strengthen and Sustain Moral Motivations by Relying on the Qur’an
Motivation is a process that energies a person and activates his powers to do work, and it aims to arouse the inside of a person to attract moral virtues and avoid vices. What can be obtained from the discussed arguments is that the source of moral motivations is human indeterminate godliness and perfectionism, which is rooted in human nature and their orientation towards moral motivations, requires strong guidance and management, and the Qur'an plays a managerial role as a solid and reliable source in order to create and strengthen this motivation. The managerial role of the moral motivation of the Qur'an is so productive that it makes a person with his motivations, which is the source of many moral anomalies, a complete human being free from moral vices and adorned with moral virtues and it places all aspects of human existence, both material and spiritual, in the direction of absolute, infinite and eternal perfection. Things such as encouragement, questioning, preaching and advice, etc. were introduced as the most important management solutions in strengthening moral motivations by relying on the Qur'an. The main goal of this study is to provide management solutions to strengthen moral motivations by relying on the Holy Quran.
