ارزیابی بنیان های نظری و شناخت چالش های موجود اوقات فراغت در طرح های روستایی

چکیده
یکی از راهبردهای توسعه روستایی، لزوم توجه به تمامی مقولات توسعه ای می باشد، مباحث فرهنگی در نواحی روستایی به نسبت مباحث اقتصادی و اجتماعی کمتر مورد توجه سیاستگذاران و برنامه ریزان حوزه روستایی قرار گرفته است این در حالی است که نواحی روستایی پیوند ناگسستنی با جوامع روستایی دارد، از سوی دیگر ایجاد رفاه نسبی در همه حوزه همواره مورد توجه برنامه ریزان بوده است و امروزه تامین اوقات فراغت برای جوامع روستایی به عنوان یک مسئله انکار ناپذیر به حساب می آید، بر همین اساس و با توجه به ضرورت توجهبه مقوله اوقات فراغت، این مطالعه به دنبال تبیین بنیان های نظری اوقات فراغت و جایگاه این بخش در طرح های توسعه ای می باشد، روش مورد مطالعه مبتنی بر ارزیابی دیدگاهها و نظریات مطرح شده در حوزه اوقات فراغت، تحلیل مطالعات انجام شده و ارزیابی جایگاه اوقات فراغت در طرح های کالبدی این مناطق میباشد. با توجه به دیدگاه ها و نظریاتی که در رابطه با اوقات فراغت بررسی کردیم می توان گفت اوقات فراغت یک مفهوم فرهنگی- اجتماعی است که باعث تعادل و توازن در نظام اجتماعی می شود. براساس دیدگاه جغرافیای اوقات فراغت گذران اوقات فراغت تابعی از دو متغییر زمان و مکان می باشد.از سوی دیگر ارزیابی طرح های توسعه نشاندهنده توجه ناکافی به پیوست های فرهنگی و تامین زیرساخت های مناسب برای گذراندن اوقات فراغت در ساختار کالبدی روستا می باشد.Assess the theoretical foundations and identify the existing challenges of leisure in rural projects
One of the strategies of rural development is the need to pay attention to all categories of development. Cultural issues in rural areas are less considered by policymakers and planners in rural areas than economic and social issues, while rural areas are inextricably linked with communities. It has a rural area, on the other hand, creating relative prosperity in all areas has always been considered by planners, and today providing leisure time for rural communities is considered as an undeniable issue, accordingly and due to the need to pay attention to leisure. This study seeks to explain the theoretical foundations of leisure and the position of this sector in development projects. Are the physical organs of these areas? According to the views and theories that we have studied in relation to leisure, it can be said that leisure is a socio-cultural concept that causes balance and equilibrium in the social system. According to the geographical view of leisure time, leisure time is a function of two variables of time and place. On the other hand, evaluation of development plans shows insufficient attention to cultural attachments and provision of appropriate infrastructure for leisure time in the physical structure of the village.
