اهمیت صنایع روستایی با تاکید بر تجارب سایر کشورها

چکیده
زدودن محرومیت و ایجاد اشتغال و تامین عدالت اجتماعی و ... به کرات مورد تاکید مدیران طراز اول کشور قرار گرفته است. توجه به مصالح کلی مملکت در سطح ملی ( به طور دائم) و درک ضرورت ها، همچنین توجه به این واقعیت که درصد بالایی از جمعیت کشور در روستاها به سر می برند ( به طور اخص)، برنامه ریزی برای این جمعیت عظیم را امری ضروری می داند. از طرف دیگر کشاورزی به عنوان محور اصلی توسعه و ضامن استقلال سیاسی، اقتصادی ما می باشد لذا پرداختن به مسائل و مشکلات روستاییان می تواند استقلال سیاسی و اقتصادی ما را تضمین کند. حمایت از بخش کشاورزی با کاهش بیکاری های پنهان و آشکار و ایجاد صنایع تبدیلی در جوار کشاورزی و دامداری در جهت تقویت ساختار اقتصادی امر بدیهی و در دراز مدت اجتناب ناپذیر می باشد. پرداختن به صنایع روستایی فواید بیشماری دارد که از جمله می توان به ایجاد تعادل نسبی بین جوامع شهری و روستایی، کاهش فقر، کاهش مهاجرت و ایجاد اشتغال، عدم وابستگی و ... نام برد؛ لذا تحقیق و تفحص در مدیریت کسب و کار روستایی به عنوان یک ضرورت در برنامه های رشته کارآفرینی و کسب و کارهای کوچک تلقی می گردد. مقاله حاضر بر آن است که با بهره گیری از مطالعات کتابخانه ای ضمن تعریف و شناسایی ویژگی های صنایع روستایی و تاکید بر تجارب سایر کشورها، اهمیت صنایع روستایی و مشکلات استقرار آنها را ذکر کرده تا زمینه توسعه این صنایع در روستاهای کشور فراهم گردد.The Importance of Rural Industries with Emphasis on Experience of other Countries

On the other hand, Agriculture as the Main Axis of Development and Guarantor of our Political and Economic Independence, therefore, Addressing the Problems of the Villagers Can Guarantee our political and Economic Independence. Supporting the Agricultural Sector by Reducing Hidden and overt Unemployment and Creating Transformative Industries in the Agricultural and livestock Sectors in order to Strengthen the Economic structure is Obvious and Inevitable in the long time. Addressing Rural Industries has Numerous Benefits, Including Creating a Relative Balance between Urban and Rural Communities, Reducing poverty, Reducing Migration and Creating Employment, lack of Dependence, etc. Therefore, Research in Rural Business Management is Considered as a Necessity in Entrepreneurship Programs and Small Businesses. The Present Article Aims to Utilize Literature to Define and Identify the Characteristics of Rural Industries and Emphasize on the Experiences of other Countries, The Importance of Rural Industries and their Establishment Problems in order to Provide the Background for Developing of these Industries in the Country's villages.
