بررسی رابطه بین گرایش به ارتکاب جرائم و آسیبهای اجتماعی با سکونت در مساکن مهر استان سمنان

چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه بین سکونت در مسکن مهر و گرایش به ارتکاب جرائم و آسیب های اجتماعی در استان سمنان بوده است.در این راستا بر اساس چارچوب نظری تحقیق دو دسته عوامل (اجتماعی و فرهنگی )به جهت سنجش رابطه بین گرایش به ارتکاب جرائم و آسیب های اجتماعی با سکونت در مساکن مهر استان سمنان استفاده شده است. متغیرهای اصلی این پژوهش شامل: گرایش به قانون گریزی و نگرش به ارزش های اجتماعی هستند. همچنین از متغیرهایی همچون سن، جنس، وضعیت تاهل، قومیت، مذهب، سطح تحصیلات و ... به عنوان متغیرهای زمینه ای استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین متغیرهای نگرش به ارزش های اجتماعی و گرایش به قانون گریزی در بین ساکنین مسکن مهر اندکی بیشتر از ساکنین سطح شهر می باشد. هم چنین بر اساس یافته های تحقیق شهرستان گرمسار از بین سایر شهرستان های استان سمنان، بیشترین میزان گرایش به قانون گریزی را داشته است. در نهایت شهرستان های سمنان، شاهرود و دامغان در مراتب بعدی گرایش به قانون گریزی قراردارند.relationship between crime tendency and social harm Residing in Mehr Housing in Semnan Province
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between residence in Mehr housing and the tendency to commit crimes and social damages in Semnan province. Based on the theoretical framework of the research, two categories of factors (social and cultural) were used to measure the relationship between The tendency to commit crimes and social harm by living in the housing of Mehr province of Semnan has been used. The main variables of this study include: tendency towards law-making and attitude towards social values. Also variables such as age, sex, marital status, ethnicity, religion, education level, etc. were used as background variables. The findings showed that the average of variables of attitude toward social values and tendency to law-abiding among the inhabitants of Mehr housing is slightly higher than the residents of the city.
