چکیده
بیشتر داستان های کلیله و دمنه، تمثیلی و به زبان حیوانات است. به احتمال قوی دلیل عمده استفاده از شخصیّت های حیوانی، محتوای سیاسی، تعلیمی آن است. جانوران، در متون تمثیلی با ایفای نقش تمثیلی و نمادین، غیر از اینکه موجب تنوّع و جذابیّت حکایت ها و داستان ها می شوند، شاعران و اهل قلم از رویکرد نقش تمثیلی آن ها، بیشتر برای تحقق اهداف سیاسی، تعلیمی، اخلاقی و به خصوص اخلاق اجتماعی سود می جویند. داستان های کلیله و دمنه، غالباً منعکس کننده هرم قدرت و پیش کشیدن تعالیم اخلاقی در جامعه (هند، ایران و جهان اسلام) است؛ بنابراین به بهترین وجهی ساز و کار فرهنگ سیاسی، قدرت، پند و اندرز، رفتار سیاسی و تأثیر آن را بر طبقات دیگر نشان می دهد. با تجزیه و تحلیل متن می توان ساختار جایگاه سیاسی، تعلیمی و تأثیر آن را بر رفتارهای فردی و اجتماعی کشف و بررسی کرد. در این جستار که به شکل بنیادی، بر پایه مطالعات کتابخانه ای و به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی به تبیین و تحلیل این موضوع در کلیله و دمنه پرداخته شده است، سعی شده است که مضمون چند داستان از حیث بُعد سیاسی، تعلیمی با در نظر گرفتن جنبه های مدیریّتی، نظیر تصمیم گیری، برنامه ریزی، سازمان دهی و رفتار سازمانی در یک جامعه یا نهاد اجتماعی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته، و شخصیّت های نمادین حکایت ها با ایفای نقشی که در داستان ها بر عهده دارند، معرّفی شوند.Political and educational position of aquatic animals in Kalileh and Demneh
Most of the stories of Kalileh and Demneh are allegorical and in the language of animals. Probably the main reason for the use of animal characters is its political, educational content. Animals, in allegorical texts by playing an allegorical and symbolic role, in addition to causing the diversity and attractiveness of anecdotes and stories, poets and writers benefit from the approach of their allegorical role, more to achieve political, educational, moral and especially social ethics goals. They are looking. The stories of Kalileh and Demneh often reflect the pyramid of power and the advancement of moral teachings in society (India, Iran, and the Islamic world); It shows that by analyzing the text, the structure of political and educational status and its effect on individual and social behaviors can be discovered and studied. This issue has been addressed in Kalileh and Demneh. An attempt has been made to evaluate the content of several stories in terms of political dimension, education by considering managerial aspects, such as decision making, planning, organization and organizational behavior in a society or social institution. And the symbolic characters of the anecdotes are introduced by the role they play in the stories.
