چکیده
بیش فعالی اختلالی است که در آن پرتحرکی ، بی توجهی و رفتارهای ناگهانی بیشتر و شدیدتر از کودکان دیگر وجود دارد 3 تا 5 درصد کودکان به این اختلال مبتلا هستند و در پسرها شایع تر است . ممکن است در بعضی بیشتر علایم پرتحرکی و رفتارهای ناگهانی و در گروهی علای بی توجهی بیشتر دیده شود . علایم این بیماری قبل از 7 سالگی شروع می شود ولی اغلب در دوران مدرسه مشکلات جدی ایجاد می گردد . مشکل اصلی کودکان عدم توانایی آنها در حفظ و تنظی رفتارشان است ، در نتیجه اغلب نمی توانند رفتار مناسبی که لحظه به لحظه با شرایط محیط هماهنگ باشد نشان دهند . خوابیدن و غذاخوردن آنها منظم نیست به نظر میرسد در همه چیز دخالت می کنند و مراقبت دایمی نیاز دارند . از نظر هیجانی ثبات ندارند ، بطور ناگهانی می خندند یا گریه می کنند و رفتارشان غیرقابل پیش بینی یا ارزیابی است . رفتار کودکان روی عملکرد آنها در خانواده ، اجتماع مردم و مدرسه تاثیر سوء می گذارد و باعث واکنش های منفی اطرافیان ، خانواده ، کادر مدرسه و همسالان می شود . این رفتارها مشکلات جدی در مدرسه و اجتماع ایجاد می کند و باعث کاهش اعتمادبه نفس و احساس بی کفایتی در این کودکان می گردد .همچنین می توان گفت در صورت عدم کنترل ، میزان گرایش کودکان دارای این اختلال به مواد مخدر نسبت به افراد عادی بیشتر بوده و در نتیجه می توانند ناهنجاری های اجتماعی بیشتری را به وجود آورند.Hyperactivity Disorder

Children's behavior has a bad effect on their performance in the family, community and school and causes negative reactions from the people around them, family, school staff and peers. These behaviors cause serious problems in school and society and cause a decrease in self-confidence and a feeling of inadequacy in these children. It can also be said that if there is no control, the tendency of children with this disorder to drugs is higher than normal people.
