چکیده
در علم مدیریت آموزشی، معمولاً سازمان های آموزشی مانند دیگر سازمان های خدماتی، تولیدی و صنعتی درنظر گرفته شده اند؛ درحالی که اگر مدیریت آموزشی به سمت مدیریت عناصر حاکم بر تربیت و آموزش حرکت کند، به اهداف غایی خود دست خواهد یافت. از طرف دیگر، اسلام به عنوان آخرین دین برای هدایت بشریت، برنامه ای کامل برای تربیت انسان دارد و بر این اساس، در پژوهش حاضر، درپی پاسخ گویی به این سؤال بوده ایم که مدیریت تربیتی در سیره رسول الله (ص) به عنوان کامل ترین انسان و آخرین پیامبر، چگونه است، تا بتوانیم از این شیوه مدیریت در نظام آموزش وپرورش بهره جوییم. برای انجام دادن این پژوهش از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی با به کارگیری روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده کرده ایم و تحقیق پیشِ روی درزمره پژوهش های کیفی قرار می گیرد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، مشتمل بر قرآن کریم و نمونه پژوهش، آیات مرتبط با سیره پیامبر اکرم (ص) درخصوص تربیت و آموزش در این کتاب آسمانی بوده است و به منظور اطمینان یافتن درباره برداشت از آیات، از تفسیر المیزان نیز استفاده کرده ایم. برای پاسخ گویی به سؤال های پژوهش، داده های اولیه کدگذاری شدند و طبقه بندی مضامین پایه، سازمان دهنده و فراگیر در سه محور اهداف غایی، اصول و روش ها صورت گرفت و بدین ترتیب، درحوزه اهداف غایی، یک هدف غایی هدایت (خروج از ظلمت به سمت نور) و یک هدف فرعی به نام بلاغ (اتمام حجت) به دست آمد. درحوزه اصول، پنج اصل انذار (بیدارکردن)، تذکر (یادآوری)، تبشیر (استقامت)، رجوع به منبع و اسوه سازی تعیین شد. درحوزه روش نیز چهار روش تلاوت آیات (انتقال حقایق و عینیت بخشیدن آن ها)، تزکیه (پاک سازی و رشد)، تعلیم کتاب و تعلیم حکمت شناسایی شد. مسئله موردتوجه در این پژوهش، نظام مندبودن، مرتبه ای و مرحله ای بودن آن، و کارکرد مضامین به دست آمده در تسریع رشد و دورکردن انحراف ها از نظام آموزشی است؛ به نحوی که همه اصول و روش ها درخدمت هدف غایی باشند.Educational Management Based on the Life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) with Emphasis on Quranic Verses
In the science of educational management, educational organizations, like other service, production and industrial organizations, are usually considered, while if educational management moves towards managing the elements governing education and training, it will achieve its ultimate goals. On the other hand, Islam, as the ultimate religion to guide humanity, has a complete plan for educating human beings. To this end, the researcher was trying to answer the question of what is the educational management in the life of the Prophet as the most perfect human being and the last prophet, so that she can use it in the education system. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical using the method of content analysis and is a qualitative research. The population of this study was the Holy Quran and the sample of the verses related to the Prophet's biography about education and training in the Holy Quran was that the interpretation of Al-Mizan was also used to ensure the accuracy of the interpretation of the verses. In order to answer the research questions, the initial data were coded and the basic, organizing and inclusive themes were classified into three axes: ultimate goals and principles and methods. Thus, in the ultimate goals, an ultimate goal of guidance (exit from darkness to light) and a sub-goal called eloquence (completion of argument) were achieved. In the principles, the five principles of warning (awakening), reminder, evangelism (perseverance), reference to the source and modeling were determined. In the method, four methods of reciting verses (or transmitting facts and making them objective), cultivation (or purification and growth), teaching the book and teaching wisdom were identified. What can be considered in this research is its systematicity, rank and stage and the function of the obtained themes in accelerating the growth and removing deviations from the educational system, so that the principles and methods all serve the ultimate goal.
