مقایسه فشار مراقبتی، سازگاری روانشناختی و کیفیت زندگی در مادران کودکان دارای فلج مغزی و مادران کودکان عادی

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش، مقایسه میزان فشار مراقبتی، سازگاری روانشناختی و کیفیت زندگی مادران کودکان فلج مغزی با مادران عادی بود. روش پژوهش، علی- مقایسه ای بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل دو گروه از افراد بود؛ گروه اول مادران کودکان فلج مغزی در مراکز توانبخشی نوید عصر و امید عصر در تهران بود و گروه دوم نیز مادران کودکان عادی در مدرسه ایمان در شهر تهران بودند که از هر گروه 50 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری داده های پژوهش از پرسشنامه فشار مراقبتی نواک و گست 1989؛ پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان جهانی بهداشت، 1996 و پرسشنامه سازگاری روانشناختی آندر ری، 1989 استفاده شد. به منظور تحلیل داده های پژوهش نیز از آزمون تی مستقل و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری استفاده شد. یافته های این پژوهش نشان داد که بین فشار مراقبتی، سازگاری روانشناختی و کیفیت زندگی مادران کودکان فلج مغزی متغییر بالاتری نسبت به مادران کودکان عادی وجود دارد. کلمات کلیدی: فلج مغزی، کیفیت زندگی، سازگاری روانشناختی، فشار مراقبتیComparison of caregiving pressure, psychological adjustment and quality of life in mothers of children with cerebral palsy and mothers of normal children
The purpose of this study was to compare the level of care pressure, psychological adjustment and quality of life of mothers of cerebral palsy with normal mothers. In order to achieve this goal, the causal-comparative method was used. The research population consisted of two groups of people. The first group of mothers of children with cerebral palsy were rehabilitated at Noist Asr and Omid Asr Rehabilitation Centers in Tehran. 50 of them were studied by available sampling method and the second group included mothers of normal children in the faith school in Tehran, among whom 50 were available through available sampling. In order to collect the data, three researcher-made questionnaires (Novak and Dostan's Health Care Inventory 1989; World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire (1996) and Andrew Ray's 1989 Psychological Adjustment Questionnaire) were used. To analyze the data, multivariate analysis of variance was used. Findings of this study showed that there is a significant difference between care pressure, psychological adjustment and quality of life of mothers of cerebral palsy and mothers of normal children.
