چکیده
الگوی رشد جمعیت در جهان روندی روب هرشد به سمت سالمندی را نشان م یدهد و همین خود منشأ ایجاد یک رویکرد جهانی در قرن 21 شده است. با افزایش سرعت سالمندی در جمعی ت دنی ا و افزایش میزان سالمندان، یکی از صنایع ی که در چند دهه اخیر، ای ن بخش از بازار برای آ نها جذاب به نظر م یرسد، صنع تگردشگری است. کیی از فعالی تهای مناسب برای افراد مسن و سالمند ب همنظور بازگشت و ارتقای ابعاد جسمانی و روح یشان، گردشگری پزشکی است. با توجه با این امر که درک فرآیند انتخاب مقصد گردشگران پزشکی سالمند برای دول تها، سازما نهای گردشگری و تورگردانان در عرصه رقابت جهانی اهمیت فراوانی دارد، در این تحقیق، ابتدا با بررسی ادبیات در زمینه گردشگری پزشکی مخصوص سالمندی، ابعاد و شاخ صهای ضروری موجود در مقاصد گردشگری پزشکی موردنیاز این گروه از گردشگران سلامتی، شناسایی و درگام بعد، با استفاده از متدولوژی تحلیلی «مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری » روابط بین ابعاد و عوامل مؤثر بر انتخاب مقصد گردشگری سلامت از دید گردشگران پزشکی سالمند تعیین و ب هصورت یکپارچه تحلیل شده است. نتایج این بررسی حاکی از آن است که عوامل برخورداری مراکز درمانی از نیروی انسانی متخصص و آموز شدیده در ابعاد مختلف پزشکی-روانپزشکی مرتبط با گردشگران پزشکی سالمند، نگاه انسا ندوستانه و برخورد مناسب پزشکان و کادر درمان، وجود امکانات رفاهی و تفریحی در اطراف مراکز درمانی جهت افزایش راحتی و امنیت گردشگران، توانمندی بیمارستا نها و مراکز درمانی در ارائه خدمات، تأسیسات اقامتی مناسب گردشگران پزشکی سالمند و کاهش زمان ویزیت و معاینه گردشگران پزشکی سالمند از مهمترین و پررن گترین شاخص ههای لازم در جذب گردشگران پزشکی سالمند به یک مقصد گردشگری سلامت است.Identification and analysis of indicators affecting the choice of health tourism destination from the perspective of elderly medical tourists by interpretive structural equation (ISM) method
