چکیده
قدرت عامل حیات و بقا است. قدرت ملی یک کشور عبارتست از مجموع توانایی های آن کشور در تحمیل اراده خود بر سایر کشورها برای نیل به منافع خود. الگوهای مختلفی از سوی صاحب نظران و دانشمندان مختلف درباره عوامل و متغیرهای تاثیرگذار بر قدرت ملی ارائه شده است. قدرت و سیاست در عرصه مدیریت محلی، ملی و منطقه ای با ابزارهای مختلف می تواند اراده خود را عملیاتی کرده و موارد مورد نیاز خود را هم به طور مطلوب و به نفع خود بازنمایی نماید. یکی ازین ابزارهایی که در طول تاریخ همواره قدرت و سیاست با آنها توانسته اهداف را در عرصه سرزمین ها پیاده کند، نقشه های جغرافیایی می باشد. این مقاله با روش توصیفی تحلیلی این موضوع مهم را بررسی کرده تا مشخص کند که تاثیرگذاری قدرت در ترسیم نقشه های جغرافیایی به چه طریقی بوده است.. نتایج نشان می دهد که همواره سیاست مداران و حاکمان کشورها در طول تاریخ از نقشه ها در راستای اهداف خود برای نفوذ و بسط قدرت خود و کشورشان استفاده کرده اند.Investigating the effect of power in drawing geographical maps
Power is the factor of life and survival. The national power of a country is the sum of its capabilities in imposing its will on other countries to achieve its interests. Different models have been presented by different experts and scientists about the factors and variables affecting national power. Power and politics in the field of local, national and regional management with various tools can implement their will and represent their needs in a desirable and beneficial way. One of the tools with which power and politics have always been able to implement the goals in the field of lands, is geographical maps. This article examines this important issue with a descriptive-analytical method to determine how power has been influential in mapping geographical maps. The results show that politicians and rulers of countries throughout history have always used maps in line with their goals to influence and expand their power and that of their country.
