امروزه در اهمیت و جایگاه حاکمیت شرکتی برای موفقیت شرکت ها تردیدی نیست.در این تحقیق ارتباط بین حاکمیت شرکتی و عملکرد شرکت بر مبنای رگرسیون فازی بین 151 شرکت بررسی شده است. در این پژوهش جهت برازش مدل تحقیق و کاهش خطا از رگرسیون خطی با ضرایب فازی استفاده شده است، همچنین با توجه به مقادیر خروجی فازی که مبهم و به صورت عدد فازی مثلثی متقارن است با استفاده از روش مرکز ثقل یا COA اقدام به نافازی سازی این خروجی می نماییم. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق فرضیه رابطه بین وجود اعضای غیر موظف در هیئت مدیره و وجود مالکان نهادی با عملکرد شرکت مورد تأیید قرار گرفت همچنین بین نقش دوگانه مدیرعامل و عملکرد شرکت ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده نگردید. بنابراین با توجه به نتایج این تحقیق توجه ویژه به سازوکارهای حاکمیت شرکتی در راستای بهبود عملکرد شرکت مورد تاکید است
Abstract Today, the importance of corporate governance for the company's success is no doubt., In this study the relationship between corporate governance and firm performance is evaluated based on fuzzy regression. 151 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange was selected. The model reduces the error of regression coefficient R is fuzzy. Also, due to the vague and fuzzy output values are symmetric triangular fuzzy numbers by using either the center of the output non-fuzzy will be according to the COA. Based on the results of this study hypothesized relationship between non-duty members of the Board of Directors and the Company was approved by the institutional owners. Also the dual role of CEO and company performance, significant correlations were observed. Special attention is therefore given to the study of corporate governance mechanisms on firm performance improvement is emphasized.
