هدف این پژوهش تاثیر چابکی سازمانی بر فرسودگی شغلی و عملکرد کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر جمع آوری اطلاعات میدانی و از نظر روش توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش تمامی کارمندان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی در سال 1403 بود که تعداد آنان 98 نفر بود اما تعداد 93 پرسشنامه در نهایت مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش سه پرسشنامه ی چابکی سازمانی اسپایدزر (2007)، پرسشنامه ی فرسودگی شغلی مسلش و جکسون (1986) و پرسشنامه ی عملکرد شغلی گرینهاوس و همکاران (2010) بود. یافته ها با نرم افزارهای آماری SPSS22 و SmartPls3 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند. روش های آماری استفاده شده ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. نتایج نشان داد که بین چابکی سازمانی و مولفه های آن با عملکرد کارکنان رابطه ی مثبت و معنی داری وجود داشت. بالاترین رابطه بین شایستگی با عملکرد کارکنان 604/0 و کمترین میزان رابطه بین انعطاف پذیری با عملکرد کارکنان 478/0 بود. همچنین بین چابکی سازمانی و مولفه های آن با فرسودگی شغلی رابطه ی منفی و معنی داری وجود داشت. بالاترین رابطه بین سرعت با فرسودگی شغلی 574/0 و کمترین میزان رابطه بین انعطاف پذیری با فرسودگی شغلی 489/0 بود. همچنین مشاهده شد بین فرسودگی شغلی و مولفه های آن با عملکرد کارکنان رابطه ی منفی و معنی داری وجود داشت. بالاترین رابطه بین مسخ شخصیت با عملکرد کارکنان 510/0 و کمترین میزان رابطه بین خستگی عاطفی با عملکرد کارکنان 478/0 بود. پیشنهاد می شود فرهنگ پاسخگویی از طریق مدیران در سازمان گسترش یابد، تا از این طریق چابکی سازمانی افزایش یابد و در نهایت عملکرد کارکنان بهبود یابد.

The effect of intervention based on cranial wall stimulation with direct current and matrix approach on the desire to eat and physical activity in obese people

The aim of the present research was to evaluate the effectiveness of a therapy package for weight control based on Acceptance and Commitment with the Matrix Approach and Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) on Food Craving and Physical Activity in overweight individuals. The research Design was a quasi- experimental with pretest and posttest and An Active Control group. For this purpose, 40 persons were selected via availability sampling and in regard to include and exclude criteria. The instrument of the study were Baecke's Physical Activity Questionnaire (1982) and Food Craving Questionnaire-Trait of CepedaBenito (2000, FCQ-T). The experimental group received the intervention package in 12 online group sessions of 2-hour weekly sessions and 8 individual sessions of tDCS AR/CL stimulation (2Ma for 20 minutes) and the control group received only 8 individual tDCS sessions of AR/CL stimulation (2Ma for 20 minutes). The results of between- within group mixed analysis of variance showed that the combined intervention package of weight control based on Acceptance and Commitment with the Matrix Approach and Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) had a significant effect on physical activity and cravings of overweight people in comparison with tDCS alone. According to the results, it can be concluded that the therapeutic package of the present study can be a good option to increase Physical Activity and reduce Food Craving.

Definition of conduct disorder in comparison of externalizing behavior disorders in obese and non-obese children

This study compares externalizing behavior disorders in overweight and normal-weight boys. The statistical population includes all the male students of elementary schools in Mashhad, who were selected using the cluster sampling method, six districts, and among the schools in this district, two boys' schools and a total of 222 students were selected as the research sample. Children's Behavior Checklist (CBCL) was used as a tool in this study. The results showed that, in general, there is a significant difference in externalizing behavior disorders between overweight and normal-weight boys (P<0.05), which is seen in conduct disorder and oppositional defiant disorder. In comparison, these two groups had no significant difference in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (P<0.05). According to the results of the research, informing and changing the attitude of parents in preventing the occurrence of obesity and overweight and ultimately behavioral problems seems necessary, and since the deviation from normal weight is related to inappropriate and risky behaviors, early interventions and appropriate planning in this field is practical and necessary during the sensitive period of childhood.

هدف این تحقیق مطالعه و بررسی سرفصل دروس دوره دکتری مدیریت ورزشی ایران (براساس آخرین بازنگری سال1393 ) و مقایسه آن با کشور های منتخب (امریکا، کانادا )، جهت آگاهی از محتوای سرفصل دروس به منظور دستیابی به تناسب، همخوانی و دستاورد های آن می باشد. روش پژوهش با توجه به ماهیت موضوع، کیفی از نوع مقایسه ای- تطبیقی تنظیم شده است که چهار مرحله جرج بردی :1. توصیف 2. تفسیر 3. همجواری 4. مقایسه را شامل می گردد. جامعه آماری مورد نظر به صورت انتخابی بوده است و دو کشور ایالات متحده امریکا و کانادا را در بر می گیرد. نمونه گیری با درجه اهمیت و پیشرفت دانشگاه های کشور های مورد مطالعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند. در امریکا دانشگاه های مجری دوره دکتری مدیریت ورزشی برگرفته از سایت انجمن مدیریت ورزشی امریکای شمالی ) (NASSMشامل: تروی، لوییزیانا، اورگان، میشیگان، اوهایو، مینسوتا، نیومکزیکو،کارولینای شمالی، ایندیانا، کانزاس، ایلینویز، فلوریدا و درکانادا دانشگاه های برووک، اوتاوا، واترلوو، وسترن، آلبرتا و رجینا را در بر می گیرد. ابزار پژوهش برای جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز کتابخانه ای و غالباً مبتنی بر وب بوده است. یافته های این تحقیق نشان می دهد که در دانشگاه های آمریکا و کانادا در مقایسه با دانشگاه ایران مولفه های برنامه درسی از جامعیت، عمق و درون زایی بیشتری برخوردار بوده و جنبه پژوهشی و کاربردی دارند. بازنگری مداوم و افزایش انعطاف برای تغییر و به روزرسانی و کاربردی ترکردن سرفصل دروس و توجه ویژه به مقوله پژوهش کمی و بخصوص کیفی پیشنهاد می گردد
