چکیده

هدف: مدیریت رسانه، فرآیند به کارگیری بهینه همه امکانات مادی، انسانی، فناورانه و غیره برای تولید، بازتولید و توزیع پیام های هدفمند، در چارچوب نظام ارزشی پذیرفته شده و با هدف غایی اثرگذاری مطلوب بر مخاطبان است. داشتن نظام رسانه ای قوی نیز در گرو روش، الگو و نظام مدیریت سیاستگذاری  صحیح در حوزه مدیریت است. لذا هدف اصلی پژوهش، تدوین الگوی تحولی مدیریت شبکه های استانی می باشد. روش پژوهش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی است که با روش کیفی داده بنیاد و طرح اکتشافی انجام شد. جامعه آماری مطالعه حاضر شامل خبرگان مدیریت رسانه در استان مازندران و کشور با سن بیشتر از 40 سال، سابقه بیشتر از 20 سال و تحصیلات دکتری و کارشناسی ارشد بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و با در نظر گرفتن قانون اشباع تعداد 16 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. یافته ها: الگوهای موجود مدیریت رسانه شبکه استانی مازندران شناسایی شد که شامل سبک مدیریت دستوری، آنومیک و سبک مدیریت ترکیبی (گاهی اقتضایی و گاهی مشارکتی) است. یافته ها همچنین نشان داد "نظام مدیریت گنبدی"، مطلوب ترین الگوی مدیریت رسانه شبکه استانی است. نتیجه گیری: الگوی مدیریت گنبدی که برپایه عنصر علم اعم از مادی و طبیعی و علوم معارف الهی و توحیدی است ابعادی چندگانه دارد و می تواند گرهگشای مدیریت شبکه استانی باشد. بهره گیری از این الگو می تواند بهبود عملکرد (افزایش اثربخشی) از طریق توزیع انرژی یکسان و مداوم برای همه کارکنان توسط مدیر گنبدی را در پی داشته باشد. 

Dome Management, a Pattern for Transforming the Management of the Provincial Networks of the Iranian Broadcasting Corporation

Introduction: Media management is the process of optimally using all material, human, technological, etc. facilities in order to produce, reproduce and distribute targeted messages, in the framework of the value system, which is done with the ultimate goal of having a favorable effect on the audience. Also, having a strong media system is dependent on the policy-making management system, as well as the correct policy-making method and pattern in the field of management. Therefore, the main goal of the research was to investigate the current state of management of provincial broadcasting networks and finally to formulate a transformational pattern of provincial network management to reach the desired situation. Methods: The current research is practical in terms of purpose, which was conducted with a qualitative approach with an exploratory design. The statistical population of this study included media management experts in Mazandaran province and the country with an age of more than 40 years, an experience of more than 20 years and a doctorate and master's degree, using a purposive sampling method and taking into account the saturation law, the number of 16 people were selected as a statistical sample. Data analysis was done using open and axial coding. Results: And finally, the existing pattern of media management of Mazandaran network was identified and the optimal mode of provincial media management style was formulated.  Conclusions: Surveys showed that the "dome management system" is the most desirable media management pattern of the provincial network. The dome management pattern, which is based on the element of science, both material and natural, and the sciences of divine and monotheistic knowledge, has multiple dimensions and can be a solution to the management of the provincial network. Using this pattern can improve performance (increasing effectiveness) through uniform and continuous energy distribution for all employees by the dome manager. In this research, first, architecture and literature are considered as interdisciplinary sciences arising from Islamic concepts, and the author tries to extract, revive and interpret the unknown concept of dome management. It seems that apart from the use of elements of Islamic Iranian architecture in the use of domes, arches (spherical and circular geometry used by architects), Islamic texts and architectural terms in the poems of Persian literary masters, the material and spiritual thoughts of each period can also be used from a management point of view. Plan and search. The wisdom of Islamic architecture is based on the meaning that if a person moves or tries to understand the eternal concepts of God and uses spiritual teachings in his buildings, all his physical and material needs will be solved unconsciously.  The dome is considered the symbol of the sky and the axis of the world. Therefore, by comparing an organization to a dome and extracting the common indicators between the two, the author proposes a pattern or model in order to introduce and formulate a new style in management and communication. In other words, the organization is like a dome with a dome, center, base, body and an invisible column where the manager is in the position of the dome and center. The forces operate in the dome-shaped spinal or spring-shaped body and circles, which is the structure of the organization. The invisible column is also the conduit for transferring energy or material and spiritual facilities, which is distributed fairly by the manager within the organization. Audiences are the goals of the organization, which are directly and indirectly affected by the management and organizational communication in the organization and the media. Therefore, the replica or pattern of a dome can be considered as an organization and its special indicators can be used to increase and improve the performance and effectiveness of the forces and organization. Because in this pattern, the manager acts as a fair distributor of energy and material and spiritual facilities of the organization, and according to the meritocracy in the organization, the performance and effectiveness of the forces and the organization are improved. The effort in the media is also to achieve the promotion and quality of programming, which will be achieved with more responsibility of the manager and members of dome management. It is important to state that the manager works in a circular environment, but the boss works in a pyramid-shaped environment. This research tries to explain the works in the pyramid, circle and especially dome environment by benefiting from the properties of pyramid, circle and dome. The dome environment has even more advantages than the circular environment. In a circular and domed environment, the manager's interaction and relationship with the employees is more and better than the boss's.
