چکیده
آراء و اندیشه های متفکران و نخبگان یک کشور همواره می تواند در خصوص محقق شدن منافع و اهداف ملی نقش مهمی ایفا نموده و چگونگی تحقق آن ها را بر اساس ظرفیت های درونی ترسیم نمایند. در این میان مکتب سپهبد شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی، ضرورت امروز کشور ما با توجه به هجمه های گسترده دشمن است و از آن می توان به عنوان الگوی عملی بخش های مدیریتی و اجرایی در کش ور بهره گرفت. در همین راستا این پژوهش، شاخص های مکتب تربیتی حاج قاسم سلیمانی در نظام ج.ا.ایران را موردبررسی و تحلیل قرار داده است. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر فایده و هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی، ازنظر رویکرد از نوع کیفی بر پایه پارادایم تفسیری و ازنظر ماهیت و نوع مطالعه از نوع اکتشافی است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش «داده بنیاد» است که بر اساس آن و در راستای اهداف پژوهش به صورتی هدفمند و نظام مند به گونه ای که بتوان عصاره ی مکتب تربیتی سپهبد شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی را استخراج، مفهوم سازی، مقوله سازی و سپس مدل پردازی نمود، موردبررسی و تحلیل قرارگرفته است. در همین راستا، در مرحله اول، تعداد 206 گزاره در قالب 198 مفهوم استخراج شد. در مرحله دوم 32مقوله فرعی دسته بندی و احصاء گردیدند. در مرحله سوم بر اساس الگوی نظریه استراوس کوربین و 6 مقوله اصلی آن، مدل نظام مند مکتب تربیتی حاج قاسم سلیمانی جهت تدوین دکترین و استراتژی های سیاسی، فرهنگی، امنیتی و دفاعی کشور در راستای مواجهه با جنگ پیچیده و ترکیبی دشمن ارائه گردیده است.Presentation of the system model of the educational-ethical school of Lieutenant General Martyr Haj Qassem Soleimani based on the Foundation's data method
The opinions and thoughts of the thinkers and elites of a country can always play an important role in the realization of national interests and goals and outline how to realize them based on internal capacities. In the meantime, the school of Lieutenant General Haj Qassem Soleimani is the necessity of our country today due to the extensive attacks of the enemy, and it can be used as a practical model for the administrative and executive departments in the country. In this regard, this research has examined and analyzed the indicators of Haj Qassem Soleimani's educational school in Iran's J.A. system. The current research is applied research in terms of benefit and purpose, in terms of qualitative approach based on interpretative paradigm, and in terms of nature and type of study, it is exploratory. The research method of this research is "foundation data" based on which and in line with the goals of the research, it has been examined and analyzed in a purposeful and systematic manner in such a way that it is possible to extract, conceptualize, categorize and then model the extract of the training school of Lieutenant General Haj Qassem Soleimani. iCorbin's theory and its 6 main categories, the systematic model of Haj Qassem Soleimani's educational school has been presented to develop the country's political, cultural, security and defense doctrine and strategies in order to face the complex and combined enemy war.
