چکیده
هدف: امروزه موفقیت نهادها و سازمان ها تا حدود زیادی به کارایی و اثربخشی مدیریت وابسته است. الگوهای مدیریت که متصل به آموزه های وحیانی و اسلامی باشند، از اثربخشی زیادی برخوردار خواهند بود. همان طوری که پیامبر اکرم (ص) الگوی حسنه برای مؤمنان و چه بسا برای کلیه انسان ها محسوب می شود در بُعد نظامی هم یک الگوی مطلوب می باشد لیکن تاکنون شاخص های مدیریت نظامی پیامبر اکرم (ص) شناسایی نشده و دلالت های آن برای جهان معاصر تحلیل نگردید. این تحقیق به دنبال شناسایی شاخص های مدیریت نظامی پیامبر اعظم (ص) از منظر قرآن کریم و تشریح دلالت های آن برای جهان معاصر می باشد. روش: ابزار گردآوری داده ها، اسنادی و مطالعات کتابخانه ای بوده و روش پژوهش نیز توصیفی است. در راستای پرسش های تحقیق، برخی کتب تفسیری شیعه و اهل سنت قرآن کریم موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد شاخص های قرآنی مدیریت نظامی پیامبر اکرم (ص) شامل: انگیزه الهی جهاد؛ ترغیب به جهاد؛ رعایت عدالت و مساوات؛ حضور میدانی در جنگ ها و صحنه های نبرد؛ صبوری؛ پایداری و مقاومت؛ ساده زیستی و معاشرت؛ نظم، انضباط و نظارت؛ ذکر و عبادت است. نتیجه گیری: درنتیجه، قرآن مجید برخی از شاخص های مدیریت نظامی پیامبر اکرم (ص) را ترسیم نموده است که قابل بهره گیری در ابعاد مختلف مدیریتی در جهان به ویژه در جوامع اسلامی است. در صورت شناسایی شاخص های مدیریت نظامی وحیانی و الهی و تشریح دلالت های آن در جهان معاصر، سازمان های نیروهای مسلح می توانند نقش و مأموریت های خود را به صورت مطلوب ایفا نمایند. به طورکلی، اعمال مدیریت نظامی الهی باعث موفقیت در انجام مأموریت ها و افزایش بهره وری سازمانی نیروهای مسلح می شود.The components of the military managment of the great prophet from the prespective of the Holy Quran and it’s implications of the contemporary world
Objective: Today, the success of institutions and organizations largely depends on the efficiency and effectiveness of management. Management models that are connected to Islamic teachings will be very effective. Just as the Holy Prophet is considered a good example for believers and perhaps for all human beings, he is also a good model in the military aspect, but so far the components of the military management of the Prophet have not been identified and its implications for the contemporary world have not been analyzed. This research seeks to identify the indicators of the military management of the Holy Prophet from the perspective of the Holy Quran and explain its implications for the contemporary world. Methodology: Thedata collection tools are documents and library studies, and the research method is descriptive. In line with the research questions, some Shia and Sunni commentary books on the Holy Quran have been examined. Findings: The findings showed that the Qur'anic components of the Prophet's military management include: the divine motive of Jihad; Encouragement to jihad; Observance of justice and equality; field presence in wars and battle scenes; Patience stability and resistance; simple living and socializing; order, discipline and supervision; It is remembrance and worship.
