چکیده
منطقه قفقاز جنوبی از زمان فروپاشی اتحاد جماهیر شوروی با مشکلات عدیده ای در حوزه های امنیتی، اقتصادی و سیاسی مواجه بوده است. در کنار این مشکلات که بیش از دو دهه است منطقه را تحت تاثیر قرار داده، گسترش چالش های امنیتی در حوزه های پیرامونی از جمله حضور پررنگ گروه های سلفی-تکفیری در خاورمیانه و آثار آن بر مجموعه امنیتی قفقاز جنوبی بر حجم مشکلات دولت های این مجموعه امنیتی افزوده است. در این راستا، پرسش اصلی این مقاله به این شکل مطرح می شود که گسترش فعالیت جریان های سلفی و تکفیری در محیط پیرامونی قفقاز جنوبی چه تاثیری بر مجموعه امنیتی منطقه ای قفقاز جنوبی داشته است؟(مساله) با توجه به گسترش دامنه فعالیت گروه های سلفی – تکفیری در منطقه قفقاز جنوبی این پژوهش ضمن بررسی نقش این گروهها در مجموعه امنیتی منطقه مورد نظر بر آن است تا چالش های ایجاد شده برای دولت ها و مردم این منطقه را تبیین نماید.(اهداف) این پژوهش با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و استفاده از نظریه مجموعه امنیتی منطقه ای باری بوزان و ویور مساله مورد نظر را مورد بررسی قرار داده است (روش). یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که گسترش جریان های سلفی و تکفیری در محیط امنیتی قفقاز جنوبی با اقداماتی نظیر عضوگیری از میان شهروندان دولت های قفقاز جنوبی و اقدامات تروریستی و ناامن سازی بستر برای فعالیت های اقتصادی سبب ایجاد چالش های جدی امنیتی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی برای دولت ها و مردم این منطقه شده است».(یافته ها)Salafi-Takfiri currents and its impact on the security complex of the South Caucasus
Since the collapse of the Soviet Union, the South Caucasus region has faced many problems in the security, economic and political fields. In addition to these problems that have affected the region for more than two decades, the spread of security challenges in the surrounding areas, including the strong presence of Salafist and Takfiri groups in the Middle East and its effects on the security complex of the South Caucasus, on the volume of problems The governments of this complex have increased security. In this regard, the main question of this article is raised as follows: What effect has the expansion of Salafi and Takfiri movements in the peripheral environment of the South Caucasus had on the regional security complex of the South Caucasus?The hypothesis of the present article is that "the spread of Salafi and Takfiri currents based on the theory of the security complex of Bari Buzan and Weaver in the peripheral environment of the regional security complex of the South Caucasus with measures such as recruiting members from among the citizens of the South Caucasus states and terrorist actions, and The insecurity of the platform for economic activities has caused serious security, political and economic as well as social challenges for governments and people in this region.
