چکیده
یکی از شبهات امروزی افواه عمومی ابداع نظریه ولایت مطلقه فقیه توسط امام خمینی رحمت الله علیه است که توسط چهره های یک جریان خاص سیاسی مطرح و تبلیغ می شود. این ایده با توجه به شاذ و بدیع بودن خود واکنش ها ی متعددی را برانگیخت. و چندین مطلب در روزنامه ها و مقالات متعدد علمی در پاسخ به این نظر منتشر شد. اما بنظر می رسد علی رغم شباهت ها، مطالب دیگر، تمرکز اساسی و تفصیلی بر سابقه تاریخی نظریه ولایت فقیه نداشته اند. این مقاله سعی دارد با بررسی نظرات مختلف در باب ابداع ولایت مطلقه فقیه توسط امام خمینی رحمت الله علیه، این ایده را در آزمونی علمی و تاریخی بسنجد و به نتیجه درستی یا نادرستی آن پی ببرد. ازاین رو، پس از طرح نظرات طراحان و مبلغین این ایده، به بررسی تاریخی پیشینه نظری و عملی در زمینه ولایت فقیه در اندیشه ی فقهای شیعی در دو قرن اخیر می پردازد. سپس با بررسی شواهد و داده های موجود درستی این ادعا را سنجش می کند.Suspicion of inventing the absolute authority of the jurist by Imam Khomeini, may God have mercy on him, with a look at the thought of Shia jurists in the last two centuries
One of today's suspicions is the general rumor that Imam Khomeini, may God's mercy be upon him, invented the theory of the absolute authority of the jurist, which is promoted and propagated by figures of a certain political trend. Due to its originality, this idea provoked many reactions. And several articles were published in newspapers and scientific articles in response to this opinion. But it seems that despite the similarities, the other materials did not have a basic and detailed focus on the historical history of the theory of religious authority. This article tries to examine different opinions about the invention of the absolute authority of the jurist by Imam Khomeini, may God bless him and grant him peace, to test this idea in a scientific and historical test and find out whether it is correct or incorrect. Therefore, after presenting the opinions of the designers and propagandists of this idea, it examines the historical theoretical and practical background in the field of religious authority in the thought of Shiite jurists in the last two centuries. Then, by examining the available evidence and data, he evaluates the validity of this claim.
