چکیده
رسم و سنّت برده داری که مطابق آن یک انسانْ تحت مالکیت انسانی دیگر قرار می گیرد، در آستانه ظهور اسلام و در عربستان رایج بود. گسترش قلمرو اسلامی و فتح مناطقی از آسیا و شمال آفریقا در سده های اول و دوم هجری قمری، و ورود بردگان و اُسرا، زمینه را برای تقویت برده داری در جامعه عرب فراهم آورد و بردگان به ابزار زندگی خانواده های مرفّه و اشراف جامعه اسلامی بدل شدند. پیامبر اکرم و ائمه اطهار (ع) ضمن نقد نگاه ابزارگرایانه به بردگان و نقض حقوق و کرامت انسانی آنان که در تنافی و تضاد با مبانی حقوق اسلامی بود، افزون بر آگاه ساختن مسلمانان در این زمینه، در رفتار و سلوک فردی خود الگوی اسلامی رفتار با بردگان را به نمایش گزاردند. در این پژوهش تلاش شد با بهره گیری از نوشته های تاریخی و غیر تاریخی منش و الگوی رفتاری ائمه (ع) نسبت به بردگان مورد بررسی و مطالعه قرار گیرد و با استفاده از روش توصیفی۔ تحلیلی، داده های به دست آمده تجزیه و تحلیل شود. نتایج این پژوهش، نشان می دهد در شرایطی که نسبت به غلامان و کنیزان از سر جهل و تعصب تبعیض روا داشته می شد، ائمه معصومین (ع) با نگاهی انسانی و برگرفته از مبانی و آموزه های اصیل اسلامی، ضمن حمایت حقوقی و اخلاقی از بردگان، با آزاد کردن و تعلیم و تربیت آنان، عملاً الگویی از رفتار درست و اسلامی ارائه دادند و جایگاه و منزلت بردگان را ارتقا بخشیدند.Analysis of the pattern of behavior of the Imams (AS) with slaves

The expansion of Islamic territory and the conquest of parts of Asia and North Africa in the first and second centuries AH and the arrival of slaves and captives provided the ground for the strengthening of slavery in Arab societyIn this study, the character and behavioral pattern of the Imams (AS) towards slaves using historical and non-historical writings for social understanding of the subject has been studied and studied using descriptive-analytical method has been analyzed. The results of this study show that in a situation where slaves and slave girls bought in the Arab society were in a position of humiliation and were discriminated against and prejudiced, the Imams (AS), having a humane view based on the principles of Islam, while providing legal support And the morality of slaves, by freeing them, educating them, practically provided a model of correct and Islamic behavior in society, and promoted the status and dignity of slaves, and adopted a practical solution to combat slavery
