چکیده
حمایت و پشتیبانی از مدیران میانی، از جمله اصول و شگردهای مدیریت و بسیار اثرگذار در موفقیت مدیران است. حمایت و پشتیبانی مهم و مؤثر است، اما توجه به میزان و چگونگی آن نیز در خور اهمیت است. نگارنده با مطالعه قرآن کریم و با دقت در نوع حمایت خداوند از پیامبرانش، توانسته است اصول اخلاقی ارزنده ای را برای موضوع مورد نظر استخراج کند. در این پژوهش و به روش مطالعه کتابخانه ای، اهمیت، چگونگی و آثار حمایت از مدیران میانی از قرآن کریم و روایات تفسیری و دیدگاه مفسّران، اخذ و استخراج شده و مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. الگوی قرآنی حمایت از پیامبران، مسبوق به برنامه ای دقیق در فرایند انتخاب بوده و حمایت از آنان در ضمن مراقبت و نظارت مستمر برای جلوگیری از لغزش و سپس پشتیبانی در برابر دوستان و دشمنان با اَشکال گوناگون به شکل واضح در تعامل خداوند با پیامبرانش تجلّی یافته است. بهره گیری از این الگوی قرآنی در تقویت روحیه مدیران میانی برای انجام درست مأموریت محوله و ترغیب کارگزاران به تبعیت از آنان اثر چشم گیری دارد و آنان را از اهمال یا لغزش باز داشته و شوق تلاش برای انجام مأموریت ها را نیز تقویت می کند.Principles and Ethical Foundations of Supporting Middle Managers in Islamic Governance: A Quranic Perspective
Supporting and empowering middle managers is a fundamental aspect of management that significantly impacts organizational success. The significance and influence of this support extend beyond its provision to include the manner and scope of assistance. Through a study of the Holy Quran and a careful examination of the support provided by God to His prophets, the author has identified and compiled essential ethical principles. This research adopts an analytical approach to derive the importance and effects of supporting middle managers by referencing the Holy Quran, Islamic narrations, and the perspectives of Quranic interpreters. The Quranic model of supporting prophets, which involves continuous supervision to prevent deviations and providing assistance in various ways and situations, is evident in the interaction between God and His prophets. Implementing this Quranic model will be highly beneficial and effective in motivating and bolstering the morale of middle managers, enhancing their sense of responsibility, and aiding them in fulfilling their missions accurately while avoiding negligence, indolence, and deviations.
