چکیده
امروزه بهره برداری بهینه از امکانات و توان های بالقوه و بالفعل هر سرزمین در چارچوپ اهداف توسعه پایدار به صورت یکی از دغدغه های اصلی محلی، ملی و بین المللی در آمده است. گردشگری فعالیتی است که امروزه مورد توجه بسیاری از دولت ها قرار گرفته است و در حال حاضر یکی از پردرآمدترین بخش های اقتصادجهانی است. در این پژوهش به امکان سنجی توسعه گردشگری تالاب های شهرستان پلدختر بر اساس مدلSWOT که یک مدل تحلیلی اساساً یک ابزار برنامه ریزی استراتژیک است پرداخته شده است. این تحقیق در راستای این سوالات صورت گرفته است:دستیابی به پتانسیل ها و محدودیت های بالقوه و بالفعل در راستای توسعه گردشگری؟ ارایه استراتژی مناسب جهت توسعه پایدار گردشگری؟ جهت دستیابی به اهداف تحقیق، ابتدا با استفاده از روش ترکیبی (پیمانی، مطالعات میدانی) به تعیین پتانسیل ها و محدودیت های بالقوه و بالفعل منطقه مورد مطالعه که در راستای توسعه گردشگری زمینه مساعد یا بازدارنده دارند، به تنظیم پرسش نامه پرداخته شده است، نتایج بررسی نشان داد که در منطقه مورد مطاله تعداد 21 نقطه قوت داخلی و فرصت خارجی به عنوان مزیت های منطقه و تعداد27 نقطه ضعف داخلی و تهدید خارجی بعنوان تنگاهای امکان سنجی توسعه گردشگری در منطقه وجود دارد. از تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج بدست آمده چنین نتیجه گرفته شد که آستانه آسیب پذیری تالاب ها به خاطر گردشگری بودن بالاست و نیازمند بازنگری و ارائه سیاست های مناسب و استفاده از قابلیت ها و توانمندی های آن می باشد.Feasibility Of Tourism Developmnt The Wetlands Puldokhtar By Model SWOT
