چکیده
هدف: آشنایی با میزان برخورداری کتابداران کتابخانه های عمومی استان فارس از شرایط زمینه ای لازم برای بروز خلاقیت در آنان بر اساس مدل اولدهام است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کتابداران کتابخانه های عمومی استان فارس است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسش نامه است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل یافته های پژوهش از آزمون آماری تی تک متغییره، تحلیل کوواریانس و تحلیل واریانس برای سنجش میزان همبستگی بین شرایط زمینه ای بروز خلاقیت و مؤلفه های آن استفاده شده است. یافته ها: در کتابخانه های عمومی استان فارس شرایط لازم برای بروز خلاقیت کتابداران در سطحی بیشتر از حد متوسط است. تفاوت های فردی کتابداران به لحاظ شغلی و وضعیت روحی و روانی متأثر از بسترهای کاری در سطحی بیشتر از حد متوسط است. وضعیت روحی و روانی مثبت کتابداران متأثر از بسترهای غیر کاری در سطحی پایین تر از حد متوسط است. تفاوت های فردی کتابداران به لحاظ شخصیتی در سطحی بیشتر از حد متوسط است. تفاوت های فردی کتابداران به لحاظ شغلی در سطحی بیشتر از حد متوسط است. میزان تمایل کتابداران به عرضه و اشتراک دیدگاه های خلاق خود در سطحی بیشتر از حد متوسط است. اصالت/ ارزش: بررسی شرایط بروز خلاقیت در میان کتابداران و مدیران کتابخانه ها می تواند زمینه ساز بروز ایده های نو و کارآمد از جانب کتابداران در جهت افزایش بهره وری از کتابخانه ها و رضایت مندی کاربران این کتابخانه ها باشد.Creativity of librarians of public libraries Case study of public libraries of Fars province
Purpose: Giving an introduction to the extent of Fars province public libraries librarians’ access to the required context to prosper their creativities based on Oldham model was the aim of this study. Methodology: The present study was a practical type. The statistical population of the research included the librarians in Fars province public libraries. Questionnaire was used as the data gathering tool. The T-test, Covariance and Variance analyses were used, as data analysis method, to evaluate the correlation between the contextual conditions for prospering creativity and its components. Findings: There was a more than intermediate level of required conditions for prospering the librarians’ creativity in the Fars province public libraries. The individual differences among the librarians in terms of professional, psychic and mental conditions were affected by the professional context at a level more than the Fars Province’s average. The librarians’ positive mental and psychic was affected by the non-professional context at a level lower than the Province’s average. The individual differences in personalities among the librarians were at a level higher than the Province average. The individual professional differences among the librarians were at a level higher than the Province’s average. The librarians’ tendency to present and share their creative viewpoints was at a level higher than the Province’s average. Originality/Value: Investigating the conditions for prospering creativities among the public libraries’ librarians and managers may provide a context for the librarians’ new and useful ideas with the opportunity to increase the productivity of libraries and users’ satisfaction.
