منظور از آموزشSTEM چیست؟ مروری بر پژوهش های انجام شده

چکیده
امروزه رویکرد آموزشی STEM به یک جنبش جهانی تبدیل شده است. زندگی در قرن حاضر به یک سری مهارت هایی نیاز دارد که از طریق STEM می توان به آنها دست یافت. این رویکرد آموزشی شکاف بین تئوری و عمل را از بین می برد و نوعی ترکیب تلفیقی از چهار رشته ی علوم، فناوری، مهندسی و ریاضیات است. در این روش معلم نقش راهنما را دارد و برخلاف روش سنتی معلم، علم را به فراگیران دیکته نمی کند. همچنین این روش، مشارکت فعال فراگیران را می طلبد. در بررسی های انجام شده مشخص گردیده که این رویکرد آموزشی موجب بهبود یادگیری در فراگیران می شود. چرا که فراگیران را برای حل مسائل در دنیای واقعی آماده می کند. امروزه کشورهای پیشرفته ی جهان در حال اجرای این رویکرد آموزشی در مراکز آموزشی خود نظیر مدارس و دانشگاه ها هستند و حتی مراکز اختصاصی برای اجرای این رویکرد آموزشی تأسیس کرده اند و هزینه های گزافی صرف این امر می کنند. باتوجه به پژوهش های انجام شده در این زمینه، تجهیز نظام آموزشی کشور به این رویکرد آموزشی لازم به نظر می رسد. امروزه آنچه در نظام های آموزشی مطلوب است، آموزش تلفیقی و جامع فراگیران و دانشجویان است (مطهری نژاد، 2015).What is STEM Education? This educational approach eliminates the gap between theory and practice and is a kind of integrated combination of four fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. In this method, the teacher plays the role of a guide and unlike the traditional method of the teacher, he does not dictate science to the learners. Also, this method requires the active participation of learners. In the conducted studies, it has been determined that this educational approach improves learning in students. Because it prepares learners to solve problems in the real world. Today, the advanced countries of the world are implementing this educational approach in their educational centers such as schools and universities, and they have even established special centers for the implementation of this educational approach and are spending a lot of money on this. According to the research conducted in this field, it seems necessary to equip the country's educational system with this educational approach. Today, what is desirable in educational systems is the integrated and comprehensive education of learners and students (Motahri-nejad, 2015).
