چکیده
عرصه های بینابین واقع شده در میان مجموعه بلوک های مسکونی نقش نسبتاً مهمی در کنترل، کاهش و اصلاح رفتارهای نامطلوب ساکنین و پیدایش مفهوم رضایت از محیط را دارا می باشند. ضرورت انجام این پژوهش به دلیل تأثیرات منفی سطح رفتاری ساکنین بر دامنه زندگی جمعی حائز اهمیت می باشد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر عرصه های بینابین بر کنترل و اصلاح نسبی رفتارهای نامطلوب زیستی و به دنبال آن دستیابی به مفهوم رضایت محیطی در مجموعه های جمعی مسکونی ارزان قیمت می باشد. روش پژوهش در تدوین این تحقیق اکتشافی- تحقیقی می باشد. روش گردآوری داده ها مبتنی بر مصاحبه های ساختار یافته، مشاهدات عینی پژوهشگران و مطالعه منابع دست اول و فرادستی می باشد. نتایج و یافته های حاصل از پژوهش نشان می دهد که در صورت بازطراحی و تقویت نقش کمی و کیفی عرصه های بینابین امکان دستیابی نسبی به مفهوم رضایت در مجموعه های زندگی جمعی و به طور خاص ارزان قیمت از منظر رفتارشناسانه وجود دارد.The Permutation of Intermediate Areas on Satisfaction Achievement in Collective Living Sets Based on Correction of Undesirable Biological Behaviors (A Case Study of Mehregan Town, Qazvin)
The intermediate areas located among the residential blocks have a relatively important role in controlling, reducing and correcting the undesirable behaviors of residents, and the emergence of the concept of environmental satisfaction. The necessity of conducting this research is important because of the negative effects of residents' behavioral level on the scope of collective life. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of intermediate areas on the control and relative modification of undesirable biological behaviors and subsequently to achieve the concept of environmental satisfaction in low-cost residential complexes. The research method in compiling this research is an exploratory one. The method of data collection is based on structured interviews, objective observations of researchers and the study of first-hand and superior sources. The results and findings of the research show that in case of redesigning and strengthening the quantitative and qualitative role of intermediate areas, there is a possibility of achieving a relative concept of satisfaction in groups of collective life and especially cheap from a behavioral point of view.
