Nowadays, knowledge and information is the largest asset of organizations and human beings and having it can lead to a powerful and certainly valuable organization. The purpose of this study is to identify the suitable knowledge acquisition and transfer tools in the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC). This study is applied in terms of purpose and case study from the point of view of strategy. Given the economic conditions of the NIOC as well as the need for maximum use of the knowledge, experience and skills, it is essential to identify the more effective ways of transferring knowledge, especially to the new entrances. Using the mixed method, in the qualitative section identified the tools of knowledge acquisition and transfer by studying leading oil companies in the world in knowledge management and using the expert panel, the appropriate tools for NIOC were determined. In the quantitative part of the research using questionnaire tools and group analytical hierarchical Process (AHP) method, knowledge acquisition and transfer tools were prioritized. Findings demonstrate that the NIOC can be effective in organizing the available knowledge by focusing on community of practice, peer assist, community of learning and lessons learned.

Investigating the Inefficiency Causes of Educational Institution in the Field of Knowledge Transfer(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Considering the role and importance of knowledge and its transfer in education, the purpose of this research was to investigating the inefficiency causes of education in the field of knowledge transfer. Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was from type of applied and in terms of implementation method was from type of qualitative. The research population was education specialists, principals, teachers, parents and high school students of Iran in the 2019-20 academic years. The sample size was considered 20 people which from each of the five group number of 4 people were selected as a sample by available sampling method. The research tool was a semi-structured interview whose validity was confirmed by the triangulation method and its reliability was obtained by the agreement coefficient method between the two coders 0.87. Data were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding method in MAXQDA software. Findings: The results showed that the inefficiency causes of educational institution in the field of knowledge transfer had 184 open codes or indicator, 16 axial codes or component and 7 selected codes or categorical. The category of objective had two components of human education and training, the category of teacher had four components of material and spiritual rights, selection, moral commitment and professional commitment, the category of student had two components of motivation and learning, the category of curriculum had two components of content and curriculum and settings, categories of educational methods had two components of teaching methods and teaching aids equipment, the category of educational environment had two components of educational space and secondary education space and the student's psychological category had two components of family and social status. Finally, based on them a pattern of inefficiency causes of education in the field of knowledge transfer was designed. Conclusion: According to the identified indicators, components and categories for the inefficiency causes of education in the field of knowledge transfer, planning is necessary to reduce the inefficiency of the mentioned institution in the field of knowledge transfer.

Presenting the Strategic Orientation Model of Knowledge Transfer in University of Applied Sciences and Technology(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The knowledge transfer in educational systems, especially higher education plays an important role in improving their educational and non-educational functions. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to present the strategic orientation model of knowledge transfer in University of Applied Sciences and Technology. Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was descriptive from type of correlation. The research population was all the managers and employees in University of Applied Sciences and Technology in Tehran city with number 450 people. The sample size based on Cochran's formula was estimated to be 207 people, who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. The tool of the present study was a researcher-made questionnaire with 36 items, whose face validity was confirmed by the opinion of experts and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha method 0.95. The data after collecting with a researcher-made questionnaire were analyzed with the methods of exploratory factor analysis in SPSS and Smart PLS software. Findings: The findings of the present study showed that the strategic orientation model of knowledge transfer in University of Applied Sciences and Technology has 36 items in 6 categories including causal factors (with 6 items), central phenomenon (with 3 items), contextual factors (with 7 items), intervening factors (with 4 items), strategies (with 14 items) and consequences (with 2 items), which their factor load was higher than 0.40, their average variance extracted was higher than 0.50 and combined and Cronbach reliability was higher than 0.70. Also, the strategic orientation model of knowledge transfer in University of Applied Sciences and Technology had a good fit and the causal factors had a direct and significant effect on the central phenomenon. The central phenomenon, contextual factors and intervening factors had a direct and significant effect on the strategies and the strategies had a direct and significant effect on the consequences (P<0.001). Conclusion: The results of this study about the strategic orientation model of knowledge transfer in University of Applied Sciences and Technology can help the officials and planners of the University of Applied Sciences and Technology to improve the educational status of the university through knowledge transfer.

Empowerment of farmer villagers using electronic knowledge management model(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

To empower the farmer villagers, execution of training programs including semi-presence training, open training and virtual training is essential. The main purpose of the present research is to determine the factors affecting the enabler trainings to farmer villagers with an emphasis on the component of culture and education technology using the interpretative structural modeling together with structural equation modeling. The combined method has been used as the research method. At the first stage, the main indices were extracted by data collection via Delphi method from the knowledge transfer and management and their validity were determined, and at the qualitative stage the questionnaire was given to the participants after determining the reliability. The statistical population consists of 1930 individuals including faculty members, promoters, educational instructors and those employed in agriculture research centers and institutes. With regard to Morgan table, the sample size has been estimated to 641 individuals by separation of groups per their population and the samples have been selected using the stratified random sampling method. The research question was examined and standardized using factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha. Research findings elaborate the component of remote education technology and organizational culture as the dimensions of management and electronic knowledge transfer. It is suggested to the managers at agriculture information and knowledge system to take action to expand the agriculture service centers and equip them with information and communication technology facilities for fast transfer of research findings to farmers and culturalization in sharing the research findings.
