Nowadays, an important matter has emerged which is to pay attention to the problems of releasing historic textures. Urban regeneration with emphasis on social themes has always been a fundamental approach to eliminate the shortcomings of historic textures. Redefining social life and public events, creating unity and integrity, and social justice and etc. are of the main approaches to urban regeneration according to historical values and the existing identity in these textures.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" /> This research is trying to identify the social themes of dysfunctional historic textures in the northern zone of Naqsh-e Jahan Square of Esfahan, and suggest proper solutions based on the current and past situation of this neighborhood, so that it can revitalize this area through a comprehensive plan and become able to play novel roles alongside its historic identity, in coordination with new urban centers. To do so, methods of desk research, survey research and questionnaire have been employed. The volume of the samples have been calculated with Cochran formula method and the data analyses have been done with SPSS software first, and then using GIS, they have been positioned on a limited-blocks level and by overlaps of indicators, known factors of the inefficiencies have been introduced so that the problems causing inefficiencies in textures with social themes can be tackled.

بازآفرینی تصویری کاخ تخریب شده آیینه خانه؛ نمونه ای از کاخ های دوره صفوی(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

دوران صفویه دورانی درخشان در تاریخ شهرسازی و معماری ایران است که کاخ های بناشده در این دوران از لحاظ معماری بسیار بااهمیت بوده و باقی مانده های آنها آثاری بسیار باارزش در متن شهرها هستند. حال اینکه، بعضاً کاخ های ویران شده نسبت به کاخ های باقی مانده، برتری های ویژه ای داشته اند. دریافت و تکمیل تصویری کالبدی و اجتماعی از شهر و بناهای تاریخی، با مراجعه به متون ادبی، تاریخی، عکس ها و تصاویر به جای مانده در دوره زمانی مشخصی از شهر امکان پذیر است. دوران قاجاریه زمان حاکمیت مسعودمیرزا ظل السلطان، در اصفهان بی توجهی به معماری به اوج خود می رسد، تاحدی که به دستور وی آثار ارزشمند معماری ازجمله کاخ هفت دست، آیینه خانه و عمارت نمکدان، در باغ سعادت آباد با خاک یکسان شدند؛ که در این پژوهش بر بازآفرینی تصویری کاخ آیینه خانه تأکید شده است. در این مقاله نقشه های اولیه بنای صفوی که در دوره قاجار ترسیم شدند و همچنین پلان دوره قاجار همراه با تغییرات در این دوره، مجدداً در مقیاس واقعی ترسیم شده و با تحلیل و مقایسه مدارک، عکس ها و این نقشه ها ارکان و اجزاء ساختمان کاخ صفوی تکمیل و نقشه های نهایی به صورت پلان، نماهای شرقی، غربی و جنوبی، ترسیم شده و مراحل شکل گیری کاخ به صورت سه بعدی نمایش داده شده است. مقاله پیش رو از نوع تحقیق بنیادی- نظری است که اطلاعات و مواد اولیه تحلیل به روش کتابخانه ای گردآوری شدند و با رویکرد قیاسی و استدلال موردتجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نیز به روش تاریخی- توصیفی با استفاده از اسناد و مدارک معتبر و تحلیل محتوای متون تاریخی به شناخت و تحلیل کاخ آیینه خانه پرداخته می شود. با مقایسه و تحلیل بناهای مشابه دوران صفوی تصاویری تحلیلی از کاخ آیینه خانه، از سازه تا جزئیات معماری آن، با استفاده از نرم افزار های کامپیوتری ارائه شده است. درنهایت، نتایج به دست آمده می تواند ضمن کمک به تعیین محدوده و حفظ حریم ابنیه ازبین رفته ، نشانه های مستندی را برای انجام تحقیقات باستان شناسی بعد فراهم آورد. همچنین به تکمیل تصویر شهر اصفهان در دوره صفویه و امروز و نیز تقویت جاذبه های فرهنگی و گردشگری شهر کمک شایانی خواهد شد.

Linguistic and Discoursal Features of Text Message Language Created by Iranian Male and Female SMS Users

The present study sought to examine the linguistic and discoursal features in the language of the text messages created by Iranian EFL learners. To this end, 400 text messages were collected from both genders. The contents of the collected data were analyzed in terms of linguistic features as well as discoursal features. The results highlighted the important role of gender in linguistic and discoursal features of text messages created by Iranian mobile phone users. More specifically, females’ use of complex sentences, formal opening and closing, and expression of thoughts, feelings, and emotions in their messages were much higher than men who created simple, short and to the point messages. The findings of this study highlight the role of text messages as a pedagogical tool since they are widely used to send or receive learning or information contents.
